I have gotten food poisoning 3 times now from this specific location. My most recent visit and infection ended with a hospital stay.I used to work in this mall, ate there all the time, never once had an issue. Idk what's going on this past year, but you all need to get it the hell together
Great service from staff...but fries were greasy..
employees will ding your car with their tote they carry food out in leaving a scratch knowing you heard it and walk away without even saying sorry. not to mention the 15+ minute wait after getting a notification that your order is ready and will be brought right out. this isn’t the first time i’ve had either of these issues either. it seems to be reoccurring so i definitely will not be back. just save yourself the hassle if you care about your time and your vehicle. also seems to be very obvious that the owner or manager doesn’t care about this either.
We love this place! Great Mac and cheese. The mini bites are great for breakfast!!!
I ordered a 12 piece chicken nugget, mac n cheese an a brownie.I got home an opened the nugget box an it didn't look like 12 nuggets. There were only 9 pieces in the box an 2 of those were very small an very hard. I mean hard like a rock to the point I couldn't eat them. So I only got 7 nuggets when I paid for 12.I've never had a problem with any chik fil a before today!I wasnt gonna drive 5 miles back to chik fil a. Im disabled so its hard for me to get around sometimes. Also they could have told me I ate the ones missing which I didn't. I have a picture of the two tiny hard as a rock nuggets.
The only thing the workers were doing was laughing and joking around, and not working. I waiting 25 minutes for a mobile order with 2 sandwiches and 2 fries and I’m beyond disappointed with the service I recieved here. I would not recommend visiting this Chick-fil-A to anyone! I think they need to hire an adult to supervise because I watched the supervisor while I was waiting and she was not being professional at all. The only thing I saw her do was bag one order in 20 minutes and the rest of the time she just stood there talking to another employee…. While there was atleast 8 people waiting for their order.

Love chik fil a. Had a wonderful lunch with my son in law and my grandchildren. He had a spicy chicken sandwich and I had a chicken sandwich. The children had chicken finger kid meals. We all had their famous lemonade. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Can't say a bad thing about them!
