Fantastic customer service, unbelievably fast drive thru despite being the lunch rush... BUT I ordered a chicken strips meal, and got a bag with fries and... a box of cold hashbrown bites left over from the breakfast menu.You have the speed and service down - now if you could actually give me the things I ordered, that would be great. I needed my protein haha
It's unfortunate that I have to write this about CHICK-FIL-A of all places because their services & food are usually on point. This is the 2nd time I let something slide but have to address my concerns now!! I have been to all of the stores in my area, North Gate, Gunbarrel, Hixson, Ooltewah, East Rigde etc & have NEVER experienced what I did today! The food was TERRIBLE & the employee Sarah was very rude & unprofessional when it was brought to her attention. I WILL NOT be returning to this location & I'm going to tell my friends & family not to as well. I suggest they retrain their staff or close the place down altogether because this is NOT the Chick-fil-A way & hurts the brand! Really really REALLY disappointed! 1 star☹️

Good food, but not only could you not go inside, jon could not even eat in your car in the parking lot. Little overboard on the Covid protocols.
Chick-fil-A literally has a friendliest service of all the places I've ever seen and eaten at. They are so professional well-mannered and courteous. I was probably redundant but you really can't put a price on good customer service these days.
Had to wait 15mins with one car in front of me. Get my food and get to the house chicken sandwich was cold and didn’t have my French fries in the bag. Feb-28th brainerd road.
Not enough chicken in soup on occasion the very next day breakfast burrito was cold in the middle. You don't have these problems when you go to Gunbarrel but unfortunately Brainerd Rd is closer to the house!
Great experience just like you would expect from any Chik Fil A. The only reason I dropped down to a four star instead of the five was because of the drive thru layout. It was a little confusing and did not seem to flow well in certain situations, like when we had to pull around the building to wait for our food.
Such friendly and efficient staff!! The order takers were smiling in cheerful standing outside in the 35° temperature!!
