Dianne has upset me for the last time. I frequent this restaurant some mornings on my commute to work. It never fails that Dianne completely butchers my name. I have started using a different name to see if SETH was too hard. She butchers it as well. She will also ask if I want anything else with my meals and not once has it been in the bag… I try to respect the employees and not check the bag every time I come through the line but Dianne leaves me no choice. Food is good but Dianne could use some retraining if she is going to run the show in the mornings.
One time is understandable but this location has served me old/cold food (both chicken and fries) on numerous occasions. The lemonade is hit or miss… a lot of times it’s nowhere near what’s it’s supposed to be and very watered-down/bland.I decided to post a review after they got my order wrong 2 visits in a row.Chick-fil-A usually never disappoints so there’s gotta be something wrong with this specific-store’s management and/or staff that’s causing such sub-par service.The young drive through girl ignored me when I said “thank you”, which is unheard of for the brand/chain.Maybe a regional supervisor should investigate this store? It seems very unlike any other Chick-fil-A and easily the worst I’ve seen, unfortunately.—UPDATE: I went back for lunch the following day. The food was fresh and the lemonade was sweet; order was accurate. I changed it from 1 to 3 stars but will go to 5 if they can be consistent.
Always very good choice of food for being in the group - fast foods !Also always quick ... Now they are always busy , but they have their own sorta weird and different ordering from actual people outsides drive thru operation that is honestly very smooth and quick !Prices are completely competitive and same as any fast food !
Been a couple of times recently that an item has been missed but it's quickly been fixed. Very happy that the inside is open for pickup the past couple of months. That has made ordering ahead on the app more convenient. Waiting in the drive through to pick up an advance order isn't fun. Location still has issues with traffic flow.
Worst chick fil a. I have worked at a chick fil a in high-school and part of college and have always loved it! This chick fil a never gives rewards even though I go there frequently and the worst part is they have the smallest driest sandwiches I have ever seen at a chick fil a and its not an isolated occurance. Just such a shame....
"A team" Go to Chic filet and you'll see one ❤️. I marvel every time I witness what it is that they do that sets them apart in our everyday world full of chaos. They seem to have the secret sauce when it comes to, well-- everything. No, not their polonisian (but it's good!). Their intentionality, their STANDARD, their people, and their people's commitment to their standard is truly worthy of imitation. But there are few others. It's no surprise to me now WHY their line wraps around their buildings EVERYDAY. But it moves quickly! ?? Yes, their chicken is good but an "everyday" visit for lunch just doesn't have the same feel at other places -- EVERYday. Chic filet is consistent. Go! You will see agreement IN ACTION between their people and Chic filet's standard that dictates that smooth flow of service for you every time. In contrast, the spirit of our now 'severed world' dictates that people act according to their "rights". But actually "rights" must be rooted in WHAT is RIGHT because RIGHT HAS A STANDARD. Just like at Chick-fil-A a person can't just do whatever he or she FEELS is right (to them) or the flow is sure to be compromised -- for the whole team! ? So thank you Chick-fil-A for being such a wonderful example ❤️. Because the real team is HUMANITY which is you and me.
This was a terrible experience. The fries were old and cool/cold. Most of them were crumbs. My husband's chicken sandwich, #7, was cool and put together very poorly. Cheese and bacon were hanging out of the bun. My chicken tenders were cool/cold. There is no reason to get cold food. The drive through line was wrapped around the building.
Service was great but the piece of chicken on my sandwich was tiny which was very unusual for Chick-fil-A! I live too far away to return it so I just ate it. I'll go back, but I hope it doesn't start being like this or I won't continue. I know everyone has bad days.
The only Chick-fil-A that want sell you a container to put all your food in to make it easier while you’re driving. I definitely want be going back!! Not to mention the fries were just messy like having mashed potatoes inside of a french fry. It’s actually the Hixson store
Stopped to get a milkshake and had my dog with me. He LOVES whip cream and normally tries to steal mine so I asked if they could give me a "pup cup" (cup with whip cream in it), they said they don't do that here. Then I asked if I could purchase a cup of whip cream, they said they had no way to ring it up. I told them just ring it up as a medium soda (I'm not asking for anything for free, I was willing to pay more than what it would probably cost) the manager then got very rude, cut me off, and said "I said no! we don't do that here!" I know it's not a big deal, I was just shocked by the managers additude over a simple cup of whip cream.
