We used Chao's as a place to meet up. We are all from out of town so we relied on reviews to learn about it.Everyone in our group loved it. The food and service were excellent. The atmosphere was great for us to chat. The bathrooms were spacious and clean.Next time we are in town we will stop here again.
I've been to Chao's many times, it's always consistently good in terms of experience, service, and friendliness from the staff. The restaurant is kept clean and you don't have to wait long for your meal. While you do pick out your own ingredients for your meal (i.e., a Mongolian grill), the cook of the food is always consistent, correct, and delicious. For cleanliness and consideration between customers they do provide disposable slide-over plastic gloves to use to touch the tongs used to retrieve ingredients, which is very much appreciated from a hygienic standpoint.
Great food and very friendly staff. You pick the ingredients and they make a bowl with options of rice (white, brown and fried) or noodles. A great variety of sauces to choose from and a great selection of vegetables. Very vegetarian friendly. Would recommend to anyone visiting Chattanooga.
This place is ridiculously amazing. The service is hands down the best. I can't say enough about the food the service and overall value. I could easily eat here 3 times a week.
Chaos Mongolian Grill has been one of my favorite local restaurants in Chattanooga. My Family has been coming to eat here since this business first opened, and this recent trip did not disappoint. Went here with my grandfather for dinner and we were seated immediately. Our waiter was very nice as he took our drink order. Then we went up to design our bowl. I love that you can design your own bowls here and put whatever you want on your plate. I Recommend that you all get Noodles for your starch, it’s pretty good. The food here is so good! Of course you are essentially making your own food, but it still tastes great and is fairly inexpensive. I try to eat here at least once a week if I can.
My all time favorite resturaunt in all of chatt. I come here at least once a month, and the folks here are the sweetest. All of the workers are so kind and the server has always remembered my friend and I, and you can feel the love that the cooks put in my food. It makes my tummy so happy, definitely is a great kind of full feeling and not the bad kind. It’s a unique experience putting on a plastic glove and putting as many veggies and meat as i can into the bowl. The fried rice add-in is my go to but i love the noodles too!! My bowl is usually around $15 with a tip. I take everyone i know here when they come to visit! come support this business!!
Excellent Food and you pick out what you want grilled, steamed, or fried!Excellent selection of fresh meats, veggies, sauces, spices, and appetizers too!Not fast food and is cooked to order for you!Excellent Customer Service and always busy!!!But, it's a great place for family, friends, co-workers, and.take a date! Because each person gets to personality build their own Bowls!A must place to eat every month!
I absolutely love this place it's my favorite place to eat you choose your own meat you can choose as many as you want and you place it in a bowl name a symbol you'll put your seasoning your vegetables and then in a separate cup you'll put your sauce then you can pick your fried rice or noodles and they took it and will bring it to you and it is absolutely the best they give you so much food
