My wife and I love this place. Today we went there for our 25 anniversary. We've spent many happy occasions here. The staff is knowledgeable. The food is divine. If you're looking for some authentic Italian cuisine that will absolutely fill you up, this is the place you need to be. Try the zucchini fritte. Or any of their seafood. You won't be sorry.
Let down the last two times. Last time we went in person they were short staffed and the birthday girl's steak was undercooked. Understandable, I guess. Tonight we ordered curbside. It was 20 or more minutes late. I was never acknowledged as being there. I asked for a status and didn't get it. My app was cold and missing the stuffed mushrooms. The bread was cold. My salad was about half a salad. On the bright side, our entrees were hot and tasty.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered two entrees from this place and spent over $50 on the two of them. I ordered through Door Dash and this is what arrived. The chicken parmesan had NO pasta with it. The other item is the Mezzaluna. The portions were so small that I had to combine the two to make one meal. I complained to Door Dash and they only gave me $2.73 back. This is unacceptable and I will not order here again or use Door Dash!
First off I love Carrabba's...experience here was not the same as many others in many different states I've been to. Wait time to get a table for 2 was 20min at 3:15PM. (They seemed very understaffed, even tho there were two greeters and a 3rd person that kept coming back to the front...and the fact that tgere were many many open tables)We ordered Shrimp scampi with a side of pasta and Chicken Marsala with extra mushrooms with asparagus. 40-45min later the food was delivered. The scampi was cold and overcooked, the toasted bread was cold...the side of spaghetti was hot. Did not get the asparagus, but we kept the broccoli due to the time we waited. Extra mushrooms were a no show. We asked and they brought out mushrooms with sauce...the ceramic bowl was hot, the mushrooms were cold. So they brought out more mushrooms in a container that was microwaved. I gave 3 stars because the waiter was great, apologized and took care of us the best he could. I also understand being understaffed and maybe some inexperience staffing/cooks...hopefully this Carrabba's will turn it around and deliver a better quality food like the majority of others I go to.
Good food, pleasant atmosphere as well. Server did a excellent job. Will go back. Sampler platter let's you experience 3 popular dishes. Tea was great.
The food was absolutely SUPERB!!! All 4 of us ordered a different dish & we all were blown away! The atmosphere was cozy & safe. The service was delightful. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Great food and friendly staff
Came in around 6pm food was great then I ordered a hot tea to go! Put a straw in the Togo cup and took a drink! It was boiling hot it burnt my tongue top of my mouth! Went to get the manager and showed her and she was in shock I guess hell I was in shock!! I walked out to calm down! And did! Came back in to talk to the manger and they treated me like I just walked in ! Very rude and defensive ( male waiter) The head waiter had a attitude the manager kept asking how can we help you ! It was very rude and unprofessional ! I don’t know why they treated me this! They made me fell like I had done something wrong! Guessing trying to run me off! I don’t know! I do know that I can’t taste anything like it burnt my taste buds in my mouth! I’ve had pains inside my mouth all day and a headache! They hurt me and they didn’t asked if I needed to go to the hospital or apologize! Instead I felt like they where attacking me like ! It’s sad !! I’ve always had a good time there! Manager and those waiters should be ashamed and fired !
