Incredible and friendly staff, the best baristas, fantastic coffee - well made manual brews and tasty notes in the roasts, great space to hang out - have meetings and study. The baked goods are fresh, highly recommend the banana bread and breakfast casserole. The owners book that is sold in the shop is amazing and has such encouraging stories in it. This is the spot to come to on a regular basis!
A great place to grab a coffee or other drink. It is kinda hidden but a hidden gem for sure. The environment is very conducive for a meeting or working/reading solo. It was a happy, relaxing experience. Yummy pastries too!
Cadence coffee company was a great stop on our trip to Chattanooga. Delicious egg sausage sandwich, strawberry smoothie, and of course, coffee! I highly recommend you stop there. Great ambience and friendly staff.

Overall, lovely experience. The baristas are thoughtful and friendly, and the food was delicious. The coffee is roasted quite dark, which makes my dad happy but is too dark for me. Love the space!
Pleasant staff and cozy coffee shop to post up at while doing some work. I have been trying to find a place that brews a Flat White as well as coffee shops in New Zealand and I found this local gem! Would certainly recommend to anyone looking to support local or just enjoy a delicious cup of coffee while in the Chattanooga area!
Best coffee I've had in Chattanooga! This cute comfortable clean coffee house is incredibly inviting with a nice little side lounge sporting convenient ports to plug in devices, places to work, and comfortable seating to chat with a group of friends or sip coffee by yourself.
We had our wedding reception here and it turned out amazing! The atmosphere is so welcoming there staff is so friendly and ready to help whenever wherever! It was the perfect way to end our big day.
First off, stop going to the coffee shop in Chattanooga that everyone tells you to go to when you visit. I won't say the name here, but it rhymes with "Brimrants".The first time I went to Cadence, a homeless man got in line behind me. I remember having a lot of judgemental thoughts in my head about him. I bought my drink and met with a client.Then I watched as the lady behind the counter gave the homeless man 2 cups full of ice water no questions asked. It was a small gesture but I will remember it always. I don't even remember how the coffee tasted anymore. I only remember the way the homeless man was treated by Cadence staff.Meanwhile, "another" coffee ship in town will kick you out if they aren't happy with how your face covering fits on your face or lack-thereof.Of the two shops, I will go to the one willing to serve ANYONE. It's 2021 people; discrimination is not cool anymore.
