Worst Burger King in Chattanooga. Went through the drive thru last Friday at 10pm (drive thru open till 11pm) sat at the speaker for 10 minutes not to get a response. I then pulled forward to be glared at by some lady sweeping. Went back to the same Burger King today. Lobby said it was open for dine in but the door were locked. Went to the drive-thru only to be greeted by “hold on” after 5 minutes I get a “go ahead”. I order two big kings large and a original chicken sandwich meal large. I received two cokes and a unsweet tea. I was supposed to receive two Dr peppers and a sweet tea. My two bacon kings didn’t come with bacon. The drive thru lady was very unpleasant and unprofessional when I told her she gave me a unsweet tea. My fries were supposed to be large but all three barely made one large fry not to mention they were cold. The manager isn’t really of use either since no one ever answers the phone. Needs new staff and management before I will return.
We usually get food at this location that is ok but the service is terrible. You never know what day they will be accepting cash or a card until you've sat there for who knows how long before you get to the intercom. Last night however, I had the worst experience yet. I got there a full hour before closing thinking that might be enough time before closing to get something decent. I waited in line forever. It was taking so long before we even moved an inch that 2 cars decided to leave and go somewhere else. I finally get my turn and order a very simple burger and fries. When I get to the window to pay it's already 10:30 and she tells me my total and I was very taken aback when she says 19 dollars and some change. I tell her no and she asks me what I ordered. I tell her and she says 5.99. Then when she brings me my food she tells me they didn't have any fries left so I only got a small fry instead of the medium so she gave me onion rings. She says they were getting ready to close and weren't coming anything else. I tried to give them back and told her I didn't like onion rings. She asked if I wanted nuggets. I reluctantly reply yeah and she hangs me 4 shriveled nuggets. I get hungry mustard and leave. I was there a full hour before closing and they weren't fixing more food and there were many cars behind me. What did they do for those people? I a only the second car in line this entire time. They didn't fix food at all the entire hour before closing. They just give people whatever they have left over without saying anything at the intercom how they aren't allergic to any of it and that they like it. The sides were so old and hard you couldn't chew them and were a choking hazard. The burger was old and dry and tastes like straight up propane. It was disgusting and all went into the trash. So I burned up all that expensive, precious gasoline and wasted all my time and the $6 for nothing. I should have just thrown money in the trash, poured gas on it, and burned it because that's about what I accomplished wasting my time here. It was pretty awful.
This is the worst fast food restaurant in tennessee. They can't even take my money when I offer them a gift card with a balance on it. If they did take my money they would most likely mess the food up and if they were to get it right you'd wait at least 15 minutes in the drive thru for it. Go anywhere but here.
Came through the busy drive-thru at lunchtime and the service was fast, accurate, and timely. Very friendly staff. Much better than the Cleveland location!
This place is trash and the employees are lazy. Always park cars with no clue where food goes. Wish they could just get a couple or decent employees
Every time I go there staff always has a bad attitude and never get my order right. I live right down the street from this establishment but I would rather go to a different Burger King
This place sucks so much! It's close to my house so I keep giving them second chances and they disappoint everytime. Always short staffed, incompetent, the food is always wrong or cold. Do yourself a favor and close so we can get a decent fast food restaurant here.
After 10 minutes in line...was told they could only take mobile orders. Seems they could have had someone outside to prevent us from sitting in drive thru trying to be patient.
This Burger King is terribly staffed. This is the only place I've ever been where they will stop the drive through completely for upwards of 10 minutes at a time with no explanation. I've worked in fast food, no person should be at a window for more than a minute or two let alone over 10. Oh, and this is at 6 in the afternoon.
We were just there a few minutes ago. We were traveling in a motor coach. About 25 of our party eat at this restaurant and service and food were excellent. Ernestine and her crew were very quick and concerned that we receive the best service possible. Great place to stop on a trip.
