Visited here on Sat night (5/14/22) and upon walking in was hit with a musty, damp, dirty carpet smell. We chose to sit in the dining room where one other couple had already been seated and another was seated right before us. There were two large tables that had not been bussed or cleaned and the floor was sparsely covered with ice from someone's spilled drink cup. We waited 10 mins for a server to come to us for the first time (we were actually getting up to leave when she came over and told us she didn't know anyone had seated us in her section) and finally put our order in. Food was fine, nothing to write home about, and dirty tables around us were finally cleaned about 5 mins before we left. Visited the restroom where evening was mildly dirty and the counter tops were growing mildew. Saw at least one manager just standing standing not directing anyone and chatting with another employee while the dining room remained a disaster. This restaurant needs a very good, DEEP clean. We will not be back.Edit 5/16/22: did as reply said and sent my comments to their contact page - I just got some generic form letter response 10 mins later. Not worth even reporting the issue.
Wanted something quick and walking distance from my hotel. Food was still hot when I got back to the room. Wanted Orion rings they were out the cook came out and told me he gave me extra tots since they didn't have the rings Excellent customer service , and the food was great I didn't get a chance to take a picture of the other food it was almost gone!!! Lol
I think they only had 2 or 3 servers, but the food was good and they did well. Best of luck!

We’ve had poor experiences with other BWW in other states, so we weren’t sure what to expect at first. Fortunately, the experience were better than I expected. Our server was prompt and cordial. The wings were good sized and properly sauced. Although if it could’ve been fried a little longer, it would’ve been crispier, hence better. But I think this is not a localized issue, more of a BWW standard, I think?
Nice sport bar wit a lot of TVs. I had Buffalo blue burger with fries and it was great. Also service was great.

Waiter was making rude inappropriate jokes around children, continually messed up orders, and was high on drugs and unable to get us tickets for our group eating. Another waitress had to slap him awake while trying to find our ticket. Horrible experience do not recommend dining at this location
I'm going to this place with family (6 adults and 2 children) we were told to sit outside. After 10 minutes, nobody came to us, no server to take the order. So I went in and tell one of the server about the situation and she told me that someone will be there shortly. After 15 minutes, nobody shows up. So we decided to leave since no one pay attention to two little kids that were hungry. Worse service ever.
We ordered food to go; walked back to our hotel before realizing that our beverages were not in the bags. By the time we walked back to the restaurant to get our drinks and then back to our hotel our food was cold. Also, I ordered a salad, but no silverware was included, so I ate a Caesar salad with my fingers in my hotel room. Not a great experience. Kind of a bummer.
