Not to order dry rub on wings because wings were too hard to eat and and alcoholic drinks were weak!!!!
We were seated immediately. When we got to our table it was dirty but the young man that seated us was very friendly. He apologized and cleaned it immediately. That's about the end of the pleasant experience. I will say the food was good. Although, the order and the amount of time between the 6 of us getting our food was an extended wait time. We asked numerous times for napkins, silverware, drink refills, salt, pepper, ketchup. If they had been busy I would have been a lot more understanding. After continuing to wait.......The kids wanted dessert and everyone's drink was empty. I finally got up & went to find our waitress so I could pay our ticket.
We thought it would be nice to do a sit down lunch, me and my wife and our two girls. We were seated right away, many empty tables. But it took almost 10 minutes before anyone took a drink order and I had to go ask for someone to come by. When the drinks came out we ordered our food. The adult food came out before the kid food. Really?!?! Everyone knows kid food always comes out first. The kids food was easily 5-10 minutes behind the adult food. So ours was getting cold waiting for the kids (2 and 5, so you can't eat when they don't have anything). During the whole meal no one came by to refill drinks or check up. Our fry order never even made it to the table. We didn't get a drink refill until after we were all done eating and the adult cups were empty.Literally the worst service I've had at a sit down place in years, including years before the COVID shutdown.
Horrible experience. When we first walked in the hostess was too busy talking to coworkers at the to go area to notice us. A different server had to tap her and point to us. Then we sat there for a little over 15 mins without being acknowledged while 4 different dervers were in and out of the dine in area. We ended up walking out. With total time of a little over 20 mins with no acknowledgement I'll find somewhere else to eat
food was delicious and service was fantastic!
It was fair. Waitress did not give us her name. She spent more time talk to other help had to ask for napkins. kinda shifted eye like she didn't care. we had walkers to help us get around. We asked for wings to go and sack to carry the wings there wasn't any sauce on them and we asked for sauce and again the eyeballs shifted up as if she was listening to her mom and mentally saying "what ever." We both felt she was disrespectful. After we asked for the the sack she got one.. we left the cash on table and sat there 10 to 15 minutes she still didn't come then we had to ask another waitress if it was OK to leave we left a tip but we should not have left one. She was a very poor waitress. It will be a long long time before we come back to BWW.
Friendly staff. Efficient kitchen. We ordered take out and they had our food ready before the promised. Love the Parmesan garlic wings.
Good food and great service. They let us live stream our High School boys basketball semi final game for a completely different state.
Giving this only 4 stars due to the poor, unfriendly service. When we arrived the hostess and a server were at the door and seated us immediately. It was around 1pm and only 4 other customers seated inside. After our server brought our drinks we had to wait for her return despite being told she would be right back for our order. We had the $10 lunch special and the food was great; boneless garlic parmesan wings - YUM! We waited and waited for our server to return and finally went inside to guy find her (we were seated on the porch) and only saw one customer and no servers. In a few minutes our server appeared with our check. From the moment we entered the building until we left we both felt like an inconvenience to the staff. We tipped our server 20% not because she delivered great service - definitely not! - but because we were sympathetic to these being difficult times. We enjoyed our meal but with the poor service has us thinking twice about returning. Can't imagine what it's like if their busy!
Heather is the BEST server! BBW needs to change back to the old fried pickles. The fried pickles are the worst I have ever eaten!
