So for starters I was having a great Friday morning, because hey it is the last day of the work week for myself, so I wanted breakfast from Bojangles. As I proceeded through the drive thru I finally was able to put my order in, as I am telling the lady what I want she RUDELY interrupts me and starts saying what they have and don't have which I am very much aware of, but the lady had no CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. So when I get to the window to pay and receive my food I was trying to talk to her and ask for what I paid for she kept closing the window in my face not even acknowledging what I was... to say all of that I will NEVERA BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION DUE TO POOR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE ABOUT MY INTERACTION FROM TODAY.
Employees made the customers take chairs down to dine in - at lunch time. It was fun watching old people trying to turn those chairs.
Got my order wrong and argued with me about it, too busy complaining about her job to actually perform any duties, food so greasy I couldn't eat it. I've never had such a horrible experience with any other Bojangles...they won the award for worst
On this particular day the steak biscuit I ordered wasn't hard on the edges. It was great. Fresh and hot.
So I went to Bojangles to get some chicken. I had as for a 12 piece she said it will take 20min and I said I didn't want the 12 pieces just give me a 8 piece. So I waiting for 20 nothing went to the drive-thru she said it was coming up. Waited for another 15mins. Full back up to the drive-thru she said again it was coming up.i told her you said that the 1st tim it's getting what's and what's up with Bojangles 23rd Street never go back there no more I rather eat at Popeyes never in my life has to wait this long. Is sad.
Usually a friendly staff, good customer service and orders are completed accurately EVEN DURING THE MORNING RUSH!
Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru, and then my pregnant wife bit into a very raw chicken tender after we had left.Didn't have time to go back and let them know. I understand they're short-staffed, but serving raw chicken is unsafe and unacceptable.
I recently enjoyed a ham, egg, and cheese biscuit. It was delicious! The drive thru was a bit slow, but that's to be expected with staff shortages.
I paid for a 12pc and they told me it was a 15 minute wait . I noticed every body else getting there food before me .45 minutes later I had to come in to get my food and they gave me 12pcs of old chicken
I normally wouldn’t be posting about a business that struggles with servicing their customers in a timely manner, but when you add rude & unprofessional employees = a negative post and rating. Hopefully, management can do something
