We had a very nice lunch here today. We had the salads, both which were very good. We also had chips with salsa. I enjoyed the large booth, and our waitress was attentive. I would go back.
This place was charming ! The staff was very nice. Service was good and the positions were large . We really enjoyed eating here . I had the tacos and they were delicious
6 of us stopped by here after going to the aquarium ,we waited 30 to get a seat,then 15 min to make order,then finally 30 min later we get our nachos they looked great,but when to eat them the melted cheese was cold,everything was one big blob,our friend got a hamburger that was black or burned and his wife got nachos to they just forgot to bring them so they said sorry be 5 min. no over ten,after everybody was done,then my daughter order a piece of cake for her son birthday,wrong move.that cake was sooo dry she put a fork in it and couldn't get it out
My husband and I came during the Aquarium’s 30 year anniversary celebration, so we expected for it to be busy. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by some very friendly hostesses and then after waiting a bit, we were seated in Ashley L’s section. She was one of the best servers we’ve ever had! Extremely friendly and made great recommendations for drinks and food. She checked in on us regularly and made sure we were completely satisfied with our drinks and food. The food tasted great, but was a bit of a wait once we ordered it, which we expected after coming in during such a busy night downtown. Ashley apologized for the wait and even the cook, Anthony, came out to apologize personally and see if there was anything he could do to make things right. Although we expected to wait a bit, we we’re blown away with how professional the cook and our server Ashley were, and how hard they worked to make sure we had an amazing first experience at Big River Grille. On top of the amazing customer service, we were impressed with the ambiance, cleanliness of the restaurant, and the live music was a bonus. We were so impressed and have every intention of returning, as well as recommending it to family and friends.
Great wings, Great Salad! Loved the blue cheese dressing and the wings were huge. Prompt service and our waitress took care of us even during the power outage.
We spent 3 weeks in Florida where we ate our fill of seafood and when we arrived in Chattanooga, we found Big River grill. We had the burger and chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries, endless glass of sweet tea and cold beer. Food was delicious and the service was amazing. Our server even told us the brand of their coffee and tea. Hint: they should sell this stuff there
Spouse and I stopped in for a local brew. Great selection and great taste. Annie the bartender was friendly and of course knowledgeable about the selections.
Pizza and carrot cake both great. Service excellent! Our server Melanie was very friendly and attentive. DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY more wait staff are not like her!!!
Six of us stopped here to get a bite to eat. Waiter was friendly. Waiting for our food we noticed a person going around carrying a plate of nachos talking to different people eating. 10 min later that plate of nachos came to our table cold. The rest of our food came out later. Burger cold, chicken cold, mashed potatoes cold. Told the waiter about it, he said sorry and walked off. Later i told him there was a communication problem with the staff not knowing where to take the food and the cook should be told about the cold food. That was the end of that. For $120 it sucked. Could have gotten alot better food at Mcdonalds.
Our family reserved a table Easter Sunday. All the food was good. The service as really good. The food was served in good time.
