I ordered a small icecream and asked for one scoop in a sugar cone. I told I will pay extra for the sugar cone as I can’t give my 3 year old, 2 scoops and he was in a stroller. They charged the price of two small servings!!! I paid as I wanted it that way, but I felt I was conned and discriminated. One small serving is about 6 dollars and I would have happily paid extra dollar for a sugar cone, but ended up paying 13.66!!! Shame on you Ben and Jerry’s!
Has the best ice cream! Especially their vinilla point ice cream with a large cone on the side!

Sub par customer service, over-priced ice cream cones and the dirtiest air vents I’ve ever seen. Makes me wonder how clean the facility is overall. When laying $7+ for a small cone with a roping, the place should be spectacular.
The workers this weekend were amazing, with a line out the door. They kept their cool and let people pay before they finished making last order of the group. I love every flavor they make and the fact they have dairy free for my family members that can't have any.
My 7 year old grandbaby and I really enjoyed our stop for a treat here. Our helper was so welcoming and helpful. And of course the best ice cream . . .
tasted good until my older sister found something in her ice cream and i had the urge to use the restroom. im not lactose intolerant btw
Juan and Rebecca were wonderful at helping me pick out flavors for my kid! And the free Christmas sprinkles made our day! Will definitely be back!
Great ice cream and great cone varieties. The service and staff were also great. I'm deducting a star because I prefer politics not be incorporated into my ice cream.
This place was awesome! Came to Chattanooga from Cookeville for fall break to visit the aquarium and such only find this gem. I absolutely love Ben and Jerry's so was amazed that there was a whole store for just that. There was a decently long line when we arrived around 8pm but got in and out in 5 minutes with yummy icecream. I will definitely be back.Updated we came back after yesterday and still in love.
