Absolutely amazing food. The bread pudding was top notch and I will absolutely be seeking the truck out whenever I need a creole fix.
Best food truck on campus easily. Waits can be a little wacky but worth it overall. Really good catfish
1 hour wait. Rice so undercooked it was hard. Save yourself the disappointment. Would have just told them my dissatisfaction but they couldn't come to the window because they had no idea what was even going on.
the absolute best Cajun cooking in Knoxville! the jambalaya is spot on! the boudin balls are amazing and the catfish is as well!

Great truck with delicious food
Their food is absolutely delicious! Boudin balls are a must try. Brings me back to NOLA every time. Though I really wish they'd keep their schedule up to date on social media. Haven't had them in over two months because transparency is lacking.
