Last day in Chattanooga and we decided to head down to Coolidge Park to check out the Carousel and stumbled upon this ? walking down the corner of Frazier. There's indoor and outdoor seating, a sports bar like setting with craft beers and I'm very unique menu items. I had nachos while my husband had a double cheeseburger. It was super hot outside so I was impressed when Vivian brought us over to tall glasses of ice water without being asked. It was really busy while we were there, but Vivian was rocking it like a boss! We didn't have to wait long for anything, and really enjoyed our food. I highly recommend this little spot ?

My wife and I were in the area and decided to try it. We got the pimento burger which was outstanding with the jelly sauce being a nice touch. Also had the pulled pork sliders which were delicious. Good service, only thing, it is very small inside, but a nice patio.

It's a place to have a beer. Corona from fridge was warm, Shock Top from tap was meh. They work hard to provide a good experience, but it looks like they aren't provided with good equipment to excel. They have some food, they seem to be working hard to provide good stuff.. but they need help keeping the cooking areas cleaner.

I went to Basecamp twice because the food was so good. We sat at the outdoor eating area and had the buffalo chicken wings twice. Probably the best chicken wings I have ever had. We also had the grilled chicken quesadilla twice. Delish!

Had kind of a disappointing meal here last night - it started ok, we all had beers and shared the pimento cheese arancini. The appetizer was way more spicy than two of us liked and I didn't love the pepper jelly (tasted like black pepper?) The third in our party loved both, however. And I didn't love the beer selection. I ended up with something that was fine but I wanted something light and good for hot weather and really found it hard to put my finger on one (and the waitress was no help.) We came for the "Chattanooga Burger Week" burger, the Lookout Burger. The patty and bun were very good and the bacon onion jam was fine tho I wished for more of a whiskey flavor, it was pretty sweet. There was supposed to be some creamy horseradish on there too, but the amount was far too miniscule to register. The regular fries are FAR better than the sweet potato fries - I'm not sure what seasoning they were supposed to have but I didn't taste any. Desert was a big disappointment - one of us asked if the banana pudding was made with nilla wafers and was told that it was - when it came, it's just a to-go plastic bowl of banana-flavored pudding with three nilla wafers stuck into it. I ordered the DIY s'mores, which, #1, is a huge portion - you get 5 marshmallows and stuff for four s'mores and each of the four came with thick slabs of hershey chocolate - too big to ever get melty. It would have been much better shared between 2-4 people. #2, the marshmallows come in a little skillet and they're supposed to be broiled or torched or *something* and mine came out completely cold! They weren't even browned. You could tell that the top half of each had been warmed but by the time I got them, they were totally cold. They just weren't broiled near enough. I did eat them, but there was nothing melty in the entire situation. So the food was about 4-star, I would say. Good concepts, if poorly executed. Folks were nice and it's a cozy atmosphere. About half the seating is indoors and half is outdoors. The ENTIRE kitchen is in the same room as the indoor seating, down to the line cooks and the dishwasher. We sat inside and I smelled like diner the rest of the evening. But what really brings it down to 3 stars was the service we received. Visits from our waitress were few and far between, like 20-30 minutes between. Enough that it was not worth waiting around for her to show back up to redo my s'mores marshmallows because I knew the wait would be too long. Maybe she was the only one there that night, but she came off as more incapable than overworked. It was just a disappointing meal overall.

Basecamp is one of the local restaurants taking part in Chattanooga Burger Week, featuring a special $6 burger. All 5 of us decided to try it. All 5 of us were not completely satisfied. Missing one of the ingredients on every burger. 4/5 burgers were not cooked to order. The place was busy so it was hard to expect no delays in getting our food. Having eaten at Basecamp many times in the past, last night was a departure from their usual performance. Chalk it up to the burger promotion, and possibly being understaffed for the number of patrons being served. We'll be back.

This place is probably great to hang out and drink. If you like ballpark food at ballpark prices, this is the place for you. Nachos with canned cheese, check. Sandwich with bottled sauce, check. Macaroni and cheese from a box, check. Just throw in a few scallion slices and it's not from a box or can? Do not reccomend for food... unless you've lost all discernity during COVID.

What can I say...such a feel good place. The employees are super cool and helpful and come up with awesome monthly burgers. All their food is amazing (minus the mac and cheese), but who cares when you have so much more to choose from. The Aloha burger from this month has been my all time favorite at any restaurant. Genius ?. Also, great beer selection.

Great time. Great employees.

First time eating here. Met my girlfriend for lunch to catch up. Our server was super helpful and the food was delicious. Bon Appétit!
