Got 2 full racks and the pork street tacos from here - both 10/10. Ribs were so tender and didn’t really need the sauce but sauce was great. Tacos were loaded and tasty. Staff was very friendly and even helped me carry food to my car.
Food was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding. It was Katie's first day and she was literally the sweetest human. Super attentive and really helpful. We will definitely be coming back anytime we're in or coming through Chattanooga. Marcus and Josh food is delicious 10/10. Stop by here, you won't regret it!
I hate to leave a review without photos but I ate the food so fast I forgot all about taking photos!I had the brisket, collards, Mac & cheese, and cornbread. It was all fantastic. The flavoring and bark in the brisket were amazing, the collards are the best I've had in Chattanooga, the mac and cheese was creamy and delicious, and the cornbread was sweet and perfect! The sweet tea was excellent and I love having fresh lemon to put in my own tea! Will be back again for dessert, which we didn't eat, but looked amazing.
Dare I say, best bbq in Chattanooga. New ownership/team is absolutely crushing it. I had the brisket sandwich with mac n cheese and collard greens. Phenomenal. Other friends in group got an array of ribs, pulled pork, chicken, etc and everyone was thrilled. Highly recommend supporting this local and sure-to-be classic spot. Cheers!
Barque has the tastiest bbq in the city! The gal at the counter was super friendly and took great care of us throughout our meal. The owner, Marcus, is incredibly passionate about what he does and you can tell in every bite!! You can’t make a wrong choice when you order, but don’t forget the mac and cheese!
Great bbq spot in chatt. It's hard to find flavorful pulled pork but they do a good job. High quality bbq sauces, not the same old syrupy Kansas City style stuff you see around. Great outdoor space too

Being from Texas I’m always looking for good brisket and finding this gem was a real treat! The current owner is actually from Texas so he knows how to do it right!! Great flavor and moist! Ribs are outstanding as well and the Mac and cheese reminded me of moms.
