Such a yummy place!! We stopped in because we saw the sign for $1 mimosas (amazing deal!!) and got the sweet potato fries as well, which were to die for. I can’t remember our servers’ names unfortunately, but they were so attentive, helpful, and great to talk with! Everything on the menu looked delicious and we will definitely be back in the future to try more from this place!
This place is incredible! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of my questions. Having celiac it is so scary to go places and actually feel comfortable eating it enough to be able to enjoy it. They used celiac precautions as well which is important. The food was incredible. My boyfriend is so picky and he even loved it. You have to go here. Shoutout to Tori at the front that was so welcoming and great helping me pick what I wanted. John was very welcoming as well!
Stopped in for a meal on our way to Pigeon Forge. Family of 5 with one being a picky eater and another limited to meal options due to having Celiac disease. There was such a wide variety of gluten free dishes and everything was DELICIOUS!! The hospitality was even more incredible. They were so attentive to my son’s needs and even treated him to a gluten free birthday dessert. We highly recommend making a visit and hope to be back on our way home. Our family of 5 went here for supper on a whim. There were very few TripAdvisor reviews but they were all positive. Let me just say, our supper was incredible! Their take on Southern food was flavorful and unique without just salt-and-pepper seasoning. The meatloaf was amazing and their fried okra is a MUST! Everything is fresh and cooked to perfection. Our supper was so good that we decided to try breakfast there the next morning. We were not disappointed! Go for The Southern. It’s really hard to make a traditional eggs and bacon breakfast unique and memorable but they have done just that. I don’t care if you don’t like grits or cornbread…these will make you a fan. And the service, good luck finding better! They make you feel welcome and like a local they’ve known forever! Tegess, thank you for taking great care of us! We cannot wait to come back the next time we’re in town.

If you have celiac or any other gluten problems, think about trying out the restaurant Bantam & Biddy. They have excellent food and all the sides are Gluten free. They serve brunch on Saturdays and Sundays with $1.00 mimosas and $2.00 bloody Mary’s. The server Tori the best waitress ever and the food manager Laura was super helpful with lots of good information on how their food is cooked. The food was delicious and lots to choose from. It’s my new favorite place

I had the Cobb salad with balsamic dressing, and it was delicious! My friend had chicken and mac & cheese and shared a piece of her chicken with me. I will be going back for my own chicken soon! She requires a gluten-free diet and sometimes that can change the flavor, but Bantam & Biddy’s chicken was the yummiest I’ve tasted in ages!!!
Went there an hour before closing time on a Sunday so not much traffic. Very cool cafe situated under some condos...its very unassuming until you see they have a sizable kitchen. I had the fried chicken skillet....super soft meat, excellent taste, couldn't get enough of the flavors. They've also got a drink called green monster.....must try when you're in the area.
