Brianne & team are fantastic to work with, they make it easy and seamless on event days. We are always excited when we see B's Sweets listed as the baked goods vendor.All of the treats are always beautiful and delicious. The B's team is always on time, coordinates well with all of us and the other vendors.
We had a cake as well as cupcakes made for a baby shower. She was able to do the exact design on the cake that we wanted and it came out perfect! Everyone at the event raved about how delicious the cake and cupcakes were!
Highly recommend! Gourmet taste without paying gourmet prices. We got a HUGE cinnamon bun, big brownie, a big peanut butter cookie and a chocolate rice crispy treat. Fully expected to pay upwards of $20…NOPE!!! Just $12 for it all. The brownie was so soft and delicious, I would of paid $12 alone just for the brownie. Will be recommending this place to all my friends and family!
We have been using B's Sweets for years now and they always go above and beyond when creating unique cakes for our big milestone moments! They take an idea and elevate it for us! They have done everything from my kids first birthday cakes to smaller celebrations, cupcakes for class parties and more! They are very responsive, easy to work with, reasonably priced and FRIENDLY! They have the cutest little bakery shop, I always have to pick up special candles whenever we're by!
Amazing baker. We ordered a gluten free wedding cake and it was both delicious and beautiful. And the owner is super helpful. She also made amazing macarons.

I’ve used B’s for YEARS (proof in photos). The customer service is A++++ and the cakes are somehow EVEN BETTER. Their attention to detail is unparalleled and guys…. The cake is SO. GOOD. You cannot go wrong… seriously the best. I’ve referred so many people to her and they’re never been disappointed. Love Bri so much. A must visit in Chattanooga.
I have never felt so disregarded about an issue that could have easily been addressed. I am a very reasonable person, but I have learned through this experience that the owner of this establishment is not. I can attach the email exchange from the owner if needed. I ordered a Neapolitan cake for my friend's birthday. I specifically ordered from B's after we tried their Neapolitan cake slice from their case. This cake slice had three separate layers (vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry) like any traditional Neapolitan cake.Unfortunately, the cake I received for my friend's birthday was nothing but a marble cake. I reached out via email expecting an apology and some kind of resolution, but I was met with an unconcerned response. The owner told me that their normal Neapolitan cake is marble and that the cake slice I had from them previously was three separate flavors because they needed to get rid of extra cake.The cake I received literally ruined my friend's birthday as he was looking forward to this specific cake from B's. It was thrown in the trash the same night. A complete waste of time and money. I will never order from this place again. Their concern for customer satisfaction is nonexistent. I have warned my family and friends.

Visited B’s Sweets over the weekend. It was my husband’s birthday and thought I would try her cupcakes.It was farther than I thought it was. The staff was friendly. The cupcake choices were limited.I purchased a Coconut and Pumpkin(but it was really carrot) cupcake.The cake itself on both cupcakes was moist. Too much coconut extract in the coconut. It left a terrible after taste. The frosting was very sweet and hard.If the frosting was of a smoother consistency and the coconut flavor didn’t taste artificial I would have given a higher rating.
