Not impressed at all. My wife and I ordered the hibachi combination shrimp, beef chicken with fried rice. All that our dinners had in them were just a couple shrimp, not much beef, or chicken. Lots of rice though, but for $25 We expected more than platters of rice. We will never eat here again and I would recommend going to a different Asian restaurant instead of wasting your money here.
Ordered online from there website. Got email confirmation. Waited till time on email said order would be ready. Arrived at restaurant only to be told that they never received my order. Three employees seemed to argue with each other about what was happening. Gentleman came out of back on request and seemed bothered by the situation and couldn’t care less. They did offer to start preparing the food but couldn’t agree on how long it would take and even if they had everything to make my order with. No other compromise was given except to just reorder with them in restaurant and wait till it’s done. I don’t often leave reviews or ask for anything free but I do feel that something should have been done here. I chose to leave and go somewhere else. I would not recommend as I got a sense that it is not run properly with employees arguing and no clear leader that seemed to care about what was happening. I can only imagine that attitude carries forward to making the food and cleaning the place.
So first time here. I like to try the hot & sour soup for starters. Good flavor but could be served a little warmer. I ordered the Mongolian chicken extra spicy. Good portion, nice heat, sauce not too sweet but would of preferred less sauce and will ask for no sugar added next time. And there will be a next time as there are few Chinese restaurants in Chattanooga that rate even this high. Lunch service was fast and professional and restaurant was clean.
Had to drive back to restaurant to return our food, wrong order. Employee was playing on cell phone the first time I picked up order. This time I asked the employee to put his phone down while I showed him that he had given us the wrong order. He did, but said my order was the only one they had had. I showed him my ticket, then the one stapled to the bag. Different order. The bill had a 15% tip built in to the total.
Soooo good! Everything was perfectly seasoned... even the rice was ridiculously tasty!!! I ordered kung pao chicken, i drove 23 minutes home, It was Still Crispy!!!! Unforunately it wasn't very spicy, it was still very flavorful though. Ill order from them again!!!
This is a little gem of a place with great tasteful dishes that will surprise you!
Hands down the best General TSO chicken I’ve had in Tennessee, and the lo mein was amazing, great service and very clean!
always very good service delicious food and very good portion
We eat here 2-3 times a week and it used to be really good but ever since they hired new people it's not been as good. We've had problems with our orders the past 3 times we've ordered from there. Tonight was the final straw. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and got home with it and all it had was chicken and no pineapples, peppers, carrots or onions. Just chicken, rice and sauce. When I called there I was told that they don't put anything in the sweet and sour chicken anymore. I told them that if I wanted chicken nuggets I would have gone to McDonalds! They also left out our fortune cookies again.
Nice little restaurant but disappointed with the meal. The vegetables with the meal were very limited and chopped into very small pieces. The rice was good but you have to order and pay for sauce. We bought the meat stick appetizers but the beef was tough to chew on some of them. I usually have enough food on a take out order to make two to three meals but I was able to finish the entire meal without difficulty. Don't think we will be going back, sorry.
