After waiting AN HOUR for the store to open even though it says 12 online. Lady was not very friendly, got the ice cream. There was a hair in it. Thrown away and left. I’ve been here a while ago and maybe it is under new management but not worth wasting your money.
About a week ago I was supposed to write a review but there were these 2 little girls working and they were so kind. I did not quite catch their names but I know it started with an L and the other one was Monica or something. They were about to close but let us in at the very last 5 minutes and I appreciate that. I gave them a tip only because I felt bad. The icecream was well made too!! Will definitely come back again.
First things first, the kids that work there didn't even acknowledge our presence. All 4 employees was working on an order for 2 people. The one employee that was rolling the ice cream asked her co-worker to fix her hair right over the ice cream! There were no shakes or vanilla ice cream. I wanted to smash their tip jar on the freaking floor. Kids today think their doing everyone a favor by" working ". There's no more service in America.
Walked in. No one was behind the counter stood their for about 3 minutes before someone came out of the back room. (Not a big deal). No greeting no smile just a really annoyed look at my daughter and I. She then proceeded to use her fingers to dig food out of the back of her mouth/teeth. I then awkwardly asked for 2 dishes of ice cream. She took her fingers out of her mouth and grabbed the ice cream dish. I promptly told her not to worry about it. I then nicely explained why I was walking out the door. Uneducated unsanitary unfriendly employee. ?
Really enjoyed the ice cream. Customer service sucked. The red headed girl was very rude. no greeting, no help, only an annoyed face and passive aggressive attitude. This will really ruin the business. No one wants to attend a place where they do not feel welcomed. Her attitude needs to be addressed by someone and fixed or she just shouldn’t be in the customer service industry at all.
This place is literally being ran by children. We came in around 8pm on a Friday night and three girls were working that looked like they had to have maybe been 15. Max. That's not even my issues, it's that all of them did not practice a single sanitary measure. Yes they put gloves on, but they used the same pair of gloves while eating, rubbing their face and also moving their pony tail. She then touched her phone.....all three of the girls working contaminated every thing they touched...so gross. The ice cream was decent but I couldn't even eat it because I had seen too much. Please go in person and order and watch for yourself...do not order these guys to go. One of the girls made a Togo order without ANY gloves. Just gross ?
First time here. Good butter pecan ice cream.
This was out first visit and we will definitely be back. My rolled Ice cream was amazing and the girl was so focused it turned out beautiful even being full of goodness? and my husbands milkshake looked like it came from Starbucks and was AMAZING ! Girls really made it great . One really ran in dropped a school bag and took care of everyone ! They were amazing so all the other comments can cut some slack.
Place is nice and some of the girls are nice but the “Alex” girl is horrible, has terrible face gestures and attitude. Owner will loose customers for sure. I’m not coming back here (we bought over $56 in ice cream and received the worst customer service ever. Someone needs to address her bad attitude towards customers! She made the wrong shake and argued it then took forever, then putbitvatvpick up without announcing it. I feel sorry for her attitude towards life but this doesn’t help the business, now I see why you have so many bad reviews. Ice cream was pretty tasteless too.
The ice cream is really, really good and also very cold (hence the name of the store LOL). The only drawback is it takes the employees a while to make the ice cream. It has to be chopped up and rolled into little Roll-Ups (like a fruit roll-up). The ice cream has to be mushed around and chopped up, then the ingredients are added, then mushed around with metal scrapers (IDK what to call them) to incorporate the ingredients, and then rolled up into multiple small roll-ups. The roll-ups are arranged in a circle in the bowl. Very neat presentation and good ice cream.
