Waited for 20minutes in drivethrew at 9:20pm. There was only 2 cars in front of mine. The first one took ten minutes to get his ordering because the person taking it had a 3rd grade level education and guy in front of me I have no idea how long he was ordering I left and went to McDonald’s, so did the 3 cars behind me. Wendy’s is hiring though $14 an hour 3rd grade education level got get you some.
Used the mobile app to order today.Fast, smooth and fluid process! Pulled up and informed we had a mobile order, they asked for the name. Provided the name and was asked to pull around...boom, food was ready quickly and the order was accurate without error. Great job!Will use the mobile again in the future
Guys, the staff here is amazing! They were down to two staff members at dinner and they rocked it out! Food was great and well prepped.
These ladies work their butts off! The manager is amazing. She works a lot of time by herself and people need to give her credit for showing up and providing great service. Thanks to your crew for all the hard work.
Terrible service. 2 people working in a Saturday afternoon at 1pm. Called and was told the GM and a first day employee were the only people there. Sat in the drive through for over 20+ minutes and there were only 4 cars in front of me. Served a total of 2 cars in over 20 minutes. Must have caught them off-guard showing up on a Saturday during lunch time for a sandwich. Last time I will come here and the smart mouth GM just made me even angrier. Avoid this place at all costs, I know I will never come back. If I could leave zero Stars I would.
I got there at 4:15 pm and they closed their dining area already,so I left. It is difficult to go through a drive through because I am have troubles with my driver side window. Lost my Money
2-20-2022 2pm. Very friendly customer service, and received my food fast. The quality of the food and cleanliness of the location was the best I had seen amongst all the Wendy’s in Nashville. Good job, guys.
This particular Wendy's does a great job with service and efficiency. They're always fast with orders and the mobile app gives some really good benefits and rewards for using it. Plus it's easy to order and pick up at the drive through.
The manager served us and was so friendly despite being very busy and not having much help. Food was delicious!
Food was as expected but the service was not good. I'm sure she was just overwhelmed due to lack of help but this excuse is getting old for lack of personality.
