I love the cool taco recipes here! Have yet to try all the different types that sound good to me, but so far I highly recommend the spicy shrimp, hot chicken, and vegetarian tacos!The parking seems daunting at first but it’s actually not bad at all. There’s enough along the side and back. Also the interior is spacious! Definitely need to try this place.
less than impressed. Chicken wasn't completely done, beans were watery and barely seasoned. The only bright spot in my meal was the street corn which was tasty.
Tacos here are fresh and fantastic. Tried to make a to-go order but no one answered during a lunch rush. Pleasant, seaside-café-like ambiance inside.
This used to be our go-to Mexican restaurant. The bowls, tacos, and soup were excellent, along with the margaritas. Unfortunately the past few times we’ve visited, the service has been absolutely awful. Tables aren’t cleared and employees seem to be standing around. There is no sense of urgency or hospitality. Additionally, there is no quality control - limes served with our first round of margaritas, oranges with the second, and the presentation of their smoked chicken bowl was a mess. Rubber chicken, cold rice and a slop serving of black beans. It makes me sad to write this review because it seems like it is a management and training issue. We will not be returning.
Great help with figuring out a meal that my wife could eat with her gluten and dairy free diet restrictions... and all of our meals were yummy. We will do take out here again.
We've been here several times, but the most recent time there were only two servers. It sounds like that means something went horribly wrong, but quite the opposite. Even though servers are human and I never expect someone to be in a great mood when they are understaffed, ours (I forget his name, ugh) was beyond kind and courteous and upbeat in spite of their situation. He suggested pitcher margs for our party, as they were the daily special, and he even ran to grab a pile of rags when my inebriated butt spilled my water all over our table. Aside from this, the food is always outstanding. I'm dairy free myself, but I have snuck a bite of the queso, which is the best I've ever tasted. The guac is the second best in Nashville. They have vegan/gluten free options, and do I even NEED to mention spicy pickle martinis?? Come here, eat good food and have good drinks, and join me in pressuring the manager to open another location. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend.
Great place to eat. We ordered the plater that had 1 of each taco. Great way to taste test them all! We then ordered more of our favorites! Exceptional service.

Someone brought me quesadillas for lunch last week. They were so good, I stopped tonight to get some to-go for dinner. The ladies at front counter were nice and told me to-go orders are placed at bar. I stepped over to bar, stood there 10 mins and was not even acknowledged. No smile, just a sec, nothing.I turned around and walked out. Probably won't be back.Food was great at lunch last week but service counts for a lot when you want my money.
By far the best tasting tacos in Nashville in my 4month stay here amazing taste the sauce and flavor, wow and the Mexican beer selection is great I would recommend this place also your supporting your local business.
