The location at 6718 Nolensville Pike Brentwood, TN 37027 had a problem with bad customer service tonight on Wednesday, 6/1/22 at 10pm.We reach out to the manager on duty with this concern and receive no help. The manager wouldn’t tell us their name as well.We love Taco Bell food but we left feeling unsatisfied with the treatment tonight.The Johnstons
Cordial, efficient, and all ordered items were present, handled with care, and not old, stale, or dry. Overall great experience!!!
Hands down the worst taco bell I have ever been to. Orders are always wrong and skimpy as far as beef or any meats. Staff is always texting or on their phones when serving you.
It was great as usual well I don't know about great but it was very good I always enjoy the Taco Bell on Jackson Street in Tullahoma
To the franchise owner: fire the girl at the window. She does not care. At all. She does not talk. She is giving away your product. I received 50 packets of mild sauce when I simply asked for some. Food is good, only because she is not making it.
Best tacos on the run....run for the border
Food was old and cold, Chalupa shells were hard as a rock. We specifically asked for no lettuce, get home and there lettuce on everything. Wife calls back up there and the manager was very rude. We ended up driving back up there, gave them the food and got a refund. And went to Las Palmas and got real Mexican food instead.. will never be back to this location.. horrible customer service would be an understatement.. get it together Taco Bell.

I placed an order to be picked up here because I was in a hurry, and it said that I could pick it up in the lobby. The door to the lobby has a huge sign that says 'come on in we're open'. But the doors are locked. And you have to go through the LONG and SLOW drive through to pick up anything.At the very least be honest about it.25 minutes wasted.I would have left the line if it wasn't single lane with a cliff to the side. Literally stuck waiting.
Clean inside and out. Not too busy at the time. Friendly and polite staff. Average food.
