The young manager that is there is very friendly and chatty. He was the only one working there for at least a month and he finally just got help. She is very very slow moving but I'm hoping it is because she is still learning. I would give 5 stars but everytime you go in he has to tell you a long list of everything they don't have. Hopefully they will allow him to order properly soon. You have to have product to be able to make more money. Seems pretty obvious to me.

Oh my goodness I came in at 9:30pm, 30 minutes before closing to grab a super quick simple sandwich and the employee was so angry to be serving me

Literally not a soul was in there. Idk if they were hiding or not but they left the heater door for the bread open so it was beeping the whole time. I waited a good 5 min for I even said anything and just called out to see if anyone was in there. Nothing. What’s the point of being open if no one is gonna be in there to work?
Just spent 15 minutes to get 1 footlong. I was the only customer there the whole time. I waited at least 5 minutes for the lone employee to come to the front counter from the cooler. I told her I was now in a pretty big rush.The lettuce looked old and wilted and somewhat brown. I asked the employee if they had fresher lettuce and she said no. She also told me the lettuce I was looking at was better than the 3 boxes she told Subway corporate she needed credit for recently.A 2nd employee clocked in while employee 1 was making my sandwich. The employee who was helping me couldn't be bothered to listen to what I was saying when he talked to her. Which happened a lot.Got to where I was going and the sandwich wasn't cut all the way through to the bottom so when I tried to pull the first half from the second, stuff went everywhere.Frustrating experience to say the least
Friendlyist service I ever had! That ladie is over worked to the Bone! You can't live at a subway 18 hours a day and raise a 14 year old 45 minutes away. Shame on the owner!
Watching people make subs is not as exciting as one might think. However, it does limit mistakes.
