We love Puffy Muffin! The food is consistently great. The fruit ginger tea is so delish. My favorite things to order are the tearoom sampler or the steak biscuits. This is a great breakfast and lunch spot. However, definitely expect a wait during the lunch hours as it is a hoppin’ place. Our waiter today was Eli who was nice and helpful!
After going to tastings at several other Nashville-area bakeries more well-known for wedding cakes and leaving unimpressed at every one, my mom reminded me about the delicious Puffy Muffin cakes we used to eat growing up in Nashville—and I immediately booked them before even having a tasting! We have absolutely NO regrets. Our cake was as delicious as it was beautiful. We loved having four different flavors, one in each tier (red velvet cake with cream cheese, strawberry cake with chocolate ganache, white cake with strawberries, and chocolate cake with raspberry jam). Puffy Muffin was also so open to using edible flowers that I pressed myself and they worked magic in adding some additional colorful airbrushed “leaves” and “stems” to fill out the empty spaces on the cake. Thank you for making the wedding cake of our dreams!
My family all ordered breakfast. We got pancakes and French toast. Both were amazing. The bacon was a little cold but still very good. The staff was very friendly and practiced great teamwork to make sure our visit was pleasant. After the meal, you can shop the amazing pastries to take with you from whole cakes and pies to individual cookies and of course, muffins.
This is such a fun place. The staff is wonderful. Will definitely come again.
The coffee was good and hot the food looked great. Unfortunately it was luke warm at best. The potato Casserole was the only food item that was hot. So I didn't eat the pancakes and sausage. I did eat the potato Casserole and coffee. $7.41 I should have went to cracker barrel. No one but the waitress said sorry. No manager no explanation. This was my 4th visit. I probably wouldn't make it a 5th. The ☆☆ rating was based on the coffee and the potatoes.The waitress was friendly. Not her fault.
The food was delicious. We had breakfast and it had a good selection to choose from. Variety of options in coffee as well. It is spacious inside so you have privacy. The waiting time was average for the food. We immediately got seated and did not wait for a table. There is lots of baked cakes, cookies and take home meals to purchase as well

Listen, I never write reviews and if I ever have its been to support a local business but I ordered a customized birthday cake from here, the most simple cake ever - no rims, no special or hard design, just a small to medium sized pink cake with pearls and small flowers on it and when I went to pick it up it had the biggest crack on top of it. When I went in I asked this lady hi im here to pick up my cake, she asked for my name twice and kept saying maybe you used another name for the order, I waited 15 minutes for her to find the cake after giving me so much attitude for no reason and when she found it in the same fridge she checked 3 times, she didnt even apologize, didnt even fully shut the top of the cake box, gave it to me with no have a good day or anything (I was so polite the entire time and even apologized to her for no reason) The cake didnt taste great, had the biggest lump on the side and I did not return the cake because I have a life and dont have time to spend arguing with an employee on my own birthday, overall im just really disappointed and wanted to like this place.
My wife and I enjoyed our breakfast this morning at Puffy Muffin. The restaurant was very clean and organized. The staff is very friendly. Service is prompt.
I enjoyed my brunch and had a great experience. Service was fast and courteous. The was not as flavorful as it was beautiful. The presentation was awesome but salt needed to be added. If you have high blood pressure then the menu is very suitable. The home fries were AMAZING. Best I've ever had.
