We got the family deal take out. We were hungry and so in the mood for Chinese food. It was inedible. The fried rice was NOT fried rice at all- It was like old noodles in an food processor with egg- it was so gross. Each dish was inedible. We had to have cereal. We have not had any dining experience this bad. We have loved other Pei Wei experiences before. This was such poor quality.
Food was good but service wasn't the best (only deducting one star for that as I know everyone is short staffed). We ordered our food to go and they didn't start making our order until about 15 minutes later. The person who took my order handed it to me kind of sloppy and just said "here" without adding in utensils or an apology. We all have hard days so trying to keep that in perspective. It was a good amount of food and the temperature was good when the food came out. I also like that you can pay a little more for cauliflower or fried cauliflower rice
I ordered through Uber eats and called the store to see if I could get some sauce….the person on the phone was extremely rude and I will not be ordering from this restaurant any more unfortunately since they couldn’t properly accommodate their customer with well rounded customer service
Ate lunch here today and it was terrible. Ordered Kung Pao Chicken and my husband ordered General Tao Chicken. His was almost too hot to eat and mine had no heat. Both were drowned in a sweet sauce. Mine was mostly inedible. The crab wanton and the pork egg rolls we ordered tasted old. All in all I wish I had spent my money at a Panda Express! Never will I ever go here again. Quality of food has gone straight downhill.
Great food and great service.Although there is a labor shortage everywhere, employees are doing their best to accommodate despite this. I didn't get the lady's name who helped me and my mom tonight. The receipt says "Kellie". We loved her Cruella nails! She was doing what should be done by 3 if not 4 people and kept her cool. She absolutely deserves a raise and I know she is a valuable asset to any work force!!! Wish that the public would be more understanding during this hard time with labor shortage as customer service workers are just trying to do their best! Thanks again, Cruella:)
Truly the worst customer service experience I have ever received. I never leave google reviews but this deserves one. We ordered through the app and had our card charged. Then when we went to pick up our food they were unable to locate our order or offer ANY solution besides forcing us to reorder at the restaurant and pay for our food AGAIN. I politely asked the manager why they couldn’t provide a solution and honor our order that the system had messed up and she told “I have a store to run and not deal with it”. Looking back on it I was we had just left. Will never be coming back.
Fast, better than average food, reasonable pricing. Ordering is up front, then a pleasant staff member brings to your table. Large dining room and outside seating, very clean.
Went around 7, only 1 party eating in restaurant. Person taking order very distant, when I went to take the napkins etc that were out there , said she would do it . Ok. She was talking on her phone, no mask no gloves when she packed the order. Not acceptable. Food only ok, tasted like good frozen asian cuisine you can get at the grocery store for half the price. Won't ever go again.
Love this location. Food is always fresh and delicious and service is always amazing.
Glad that I can still get curbside pick up here. This is the most convenient thing especially if you're going to the store in the same shopping center. They have many gluten-free options to choose from as well as allowing substitutes like cauliflower rice. They also have patio seating if you want to eat outside.
