3/28/22. Visited here and the employees never bothered to take my order. Just liked to walk around and look at ya. Not hurting my feelings if you dont want my money.
ATTN - DO NOT GO THEY SERVE RAW FOOD… I ordered 6 sandwiches 4 chicken sandwiches that were so raw they were still frozen in the middle and 2 McDoubles that were pink the 3 fries that were stale and the only good thing about this place was the water they kept insisting on making it again no if you weren’t even busy to make it as raw as it was literally a flashfry it was still rubbery this isn’t the first run in here and I shouldn’t have went back save yourself time and money and don’t waste it here
Good Afternoon, I was an employee at this McDonalds establishment for ONLY 3 weeks at the grill station. I know the job pretty well i have worked at other mcdonalds in the past. AS grill men , im always use to checking the all eggs and meat patties for breakfast that are made after i clock in at 6am. I noticed the lady/ trainee "KELLY" that was cooking over night once breakfast time started, the round eggs that were ready to serve were seating there for more then 1 hour and they were turning to a blackish color in the middle of the egg yolk, WHich means that they old.I quickly threw those away in the WASTE BIN and made a FRESH batch of 6 round eggs to have ready to serve . Long story short , I was yelled at by manager "MARIA" and was told that I was WASTING food, ridiculous!The manager MARIA does not care about the policy of making fresh batches at the current time and was in a really bad mood like always. Basically disrespecting me on how the way she was talking / yelling at me. I calming was trying to explain to her why i threw those aways in the waste bin but she did not want to hear it.The whole point is to check to see if your food is fresh and cooked right " especially when " short " "MARIA" the manager is on the clock.I wish i could take a picture of the round eggs i threw away to post on here but WHEN im on the clock , I DONT use my phone at all. The "CAMERAS" in the kitchen should be prove on that.All do respect , i hope the owner of this mcdonalds does something about this , because their are some employees there that have GREAT WORK ETHIC and enjoy working there but employees with BAD WORK ETHIC like the managers "MARIA" and "ADDY "always have an issue with employees that perform good work ethic.
Drive thru and food was fine but one of the workers bagging the food was eating an apple pie in the kitchen with his gloves on while touching the food the customers were eating. The one worker also wasn’t wearing a face mask. (photo below was a picture I snapped of the apple pie in his hand.) I don’t like to post bad reviews of establishments but this is genuinely a health hazard.
Located inside the same building as sudden service, they are absolutely wonderful people with good food
Arrived at 930 on a Tuesday evening and the doors were locked. No sign or anything.
Food was very hot and fresh. Very pleased with my purchase. Nuggets, Mcchicken & fries fresh!
Well, it's McDonald's..except there was a very out spoken man working there..very friendly
Just waited 40 minutes for two sausage egg & cheese biscuits and a 3/4 filled large drink. They told me to pull up to reserved spot #1 and clearly forgot about me. After 35 mins of waiting, I went inside where I was greeted by the manager (Stephanie I think) who then finally put together my order and simply said “sorry for the wait.” Really??? They do not have a care in the world about customers. (Mobile order #NW14 if McDonald’s wants to look into it.)I have never in my life left a one star review, but this location is awful. I’ve been there 2 other times and, both times, they messed up my order. First time: I asked for a Crispy Chicken Biscuit w/ cheese….. no cheese given. Second time: I asked for a Crispy Chicken Biscuit w/ cheese and then even asked the lady running drive thru “Did you get the cheese?” To which she replied rather annoyingly “yes.” Thought for sure it was there after that annoyed response I received but…… Nope.I am done with that location. Every time I have tried, it has been a disaster, and a 40 minute wait today was the icing on the cake.
