This has to be the most incompetent group of staff I have ever seen at a McDonald. No one was at the counter so you were forced to use the Kiosk. When we tried to get someone’s attention it took at least 5 minutes before a young kid came to the counter. We let him know that the kiosk was not giving receipts. All he said was I don’t know anything about the kiosk. We asked for someone who could help us he said he would get the manager. It took her more that 10 minutes to come to the front and we heard her say that it was more important for her to help the drive thru line. When she finally came up she was completely clueless of how to reprint a receipt. A receipt may not seem like a big deal, but when you are traveling for business purposes, you need to keep your receipts.
always go thru drive thru and the last three times, food is luke warm...breakfast and burgers and fries.I asked for ketchup....none....no napkins included in the bag. is a special request needed for napkins??Service is fast...but step it up on the food temp please.
Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Took over 20 minutes to get my food to me (I guess getting the drive through down to 0 was more important than serving anybody else), and then they got part of my order wrong.
It's McDonald's. Bless them. They never get our orders right. My kids like it but I don't care much for the food.
Every single time I have come to this location, the food is absolutely perfect. The line is always pretty full at the drive-thru, but it's never a really long wait.
Says it was open, seen people in there, waited in drive through to order and no one answered.
Great experience at this McDonald's. We went through the drive thru, and it was quick from the order to the window.The staff was very friendly. The food was hot and fresh and put together perfectly. We eat a lot of McDonald's breakfasts when traveling, and the experience here is exactly what we look for when we do.This experience was the model for what one should expect.

Staff were fast at what they do it drive-in windows. This driver felt they were to slowcut off drivers in other lane cause looks like that lane was moving faster.Blowing horn at driver in front of him again moving to slow.On Maryway road ran red light plus turned left to get threw intersection.
