This will be ignored by management I'm sure but they've to do better at this location. Used to go her frequently; I'm done. Ordered sandwiches, missing parts. Walked in today and order two turkey jalapeno crunch sandwiches. Spoke clearly to the woman taking the order; waited 15-20 minutes; brought out the wrong sandwiches. Oh can we make you the correct sandwiches? No, I don't have another 20 minutes to wait around to see if you get it right this time; I gotta work too. More reliable just to order online at times; robots/automation better than humans? Maybe.But like all restaurants now, they want to charge high prices because their increased costs for doing the same job worse every time. I'm done.
Great customer service. Everyone was in a great mood which in turn kept me in a great mood. Awesome selections of soups and sandwiches.
Waited almost 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. I went to ask what the problem was and they told me they were working on a large order.So, let’s ignore all the customers in the restaurant. Terrible customer service.
I'm a Nashville Native and have never tried McAlister's Deli. I've been there Twice in the past 8 days. I've only been able to try 2 of their sandwiches so far, Roast Beef and Cheddar, and the Grilled Chicken with a Peach Chipotle Spread... Both FANTASTIC! I might go back for Lunch today!
Up charge for brown avocado? Major disappointment, first time here and last! I was excited to try this place. Rest of salad was good but nothing spectacular like Chopt across the street...they're stellar! Knew as I dug, the bottom greens would be past their due date too.Their service is much better than here...if someone is on their cell phone, you shouldn't hold up the check out line, you should ask the cell phone user to step aside vs staring at them waiting to figure out their inability to order from the right place. Thanks for a waste of time and money!
This will be the last time I order..my work ordered through door dash..last time I didn't get iced tea I ordered and this time I didn't get soup..never again!!check orders before leaving store!!!
Edit: owner made it right and the service has been great the couple of times I’ve been back!Placed an online order at 7:45pm Friday night. When I got the email confirmation, it said it would not be ready for pick up until the next morning. So I called and the girl on the phone said, “It’s because we close at 8.” Both Google and the website had 9pm listed. I told her this. She hung up before I could even ask any more questions. They STILL charged my card even though I never got any food!
Great restaurant. Love the club sandwich, but wish they had some different sides like fries or a variety of chips.
My group of 5 people arrived at 6:00 pm, Sunday, November 14, 2021, we were told when placing our order that it would take 30 minutes to fulfill our order. We were OK to wait, we could visit with our party. To be honest we thought it would be less, there were only 2 other tables with 2 people at each in the dining room waiting for their food and we saw 5 people in the kitchen and 2 counter people. We saw tons and tons of To Go orders coming and going but no one in the dining room being served. When it became 40 minutes of waiting for our food, I went to the counter to ask about our orders, the guys basically shrugged their shoulders with no answer, and then someone in the kitchen said they would work on our order next. I didn’t have a lot of faith in this. Next I had a Togo customer attack me as he said he called in his order 30 minutes ago and his order wasn’t ready either. I asked him to mind his own business. So how does this work, does dine in customers take second position to ToGo orders? And not a manager available. If they would have given me a receipt I would have asked for my money back. I will give you credit, the food was good and hot as well. If this is how dine in service will be we won’t be back. You may want to consider ToGo only if you are short staffed. Our preCovid experience was always good.
I had not been to a McAlister's before. I went again later in the week. Fresh and good.
