I think the best time for this is weekday lunch based on the cars in the lot all the time, but my recent dinner experience was sub par. Margarita tasted off, like dish soap or some other cleaning agent used to clean the frozen margarita equipment. Food was slightly under cooked and chips were stale. May give it another chance during their obvious peak time, but can't recommend dinner time.

I've eaten at various Mazatlan Restaurants for years. Always enjoyed the food and found service to be prompt and friendly. BUT I hadn't been to this location in Brentwood in several years, not since I started using a wheelchair. Folks, there is no handicap access to this business! The only way open to me was by the steep & short delivery ramp at the back door. Two ramps, both steep -- my 70 year old husband had to shove me & the chair up the first one; I had to put the motor on high speed to get up the 2nd (and almost pinned one of the workers in the tiny entrance!!)..Food & service are 4.5 stRsAccessibleitu is 2 stars. Doubt I will go back
HUGE portions, reasonable prices. Service was ok but not special. Over all good experience just didn't rate high, didn't get drink refills, or any extra effort. Would eat here again, hopefully have a better waiter.
Service was great; our waiter was personable and interacted well with the kiddo. Food came out fast. Pollo Mexicana was excellent and the salsa has some spice (I’d like more but much better than most). Others had taco salad with chicken and stated it was very flavorful. Restaurant itself could use a little TLC but don’t let that change your mind. Food is worth a visit.
The server was just rude! Why work in customer service if you don't want to be there. Close down or higher quality people. I've heard other locations out of state are better but this Brentwood, TN location is a HELL No and everyone needs to know!
Great if you're looking for cozy, simple, homestyle mexican cooking. Prices are very reasonable here too. For example I got 2 enchiladas, one taco and one cheese quesadilla for only $10 before tax (with free chips n salsa!)
Placed a very large order for a staff meeting. The order was delivered and half the order was not included and what was delivered was all wrong. Salads that were ordered were just thrown in tin foil. The food we did get was not even very good. Instead of taking responsibility they blamed the delivery company.
It was bitter sweet, chips were not fresh but food was 8 out of a 10
I ordered it to go. Price not what it said on menu, did not get the chicken it had in description, Not very GOOD!
