THANK YOU, COOL SPRINGS KRISPY KREME!!! You saved us recently during Teacher Appreciation Week when a popular "boutique" donut shop at the Factory here in Franklin dropped the ball and didn't make our order of 15 dozen donuts. They brushed us off like it was no big deal, but thankfully, YOU came through for us. We called you with a very last-minute request for 15 dozen donuts, and you had them fresh, hot, and ready for pick up in 20 minutes. You saved the day, and all of our teachers and staff were thrilled to enjoy hot donuts! As for some of you complaining about long lines and doors being locked...have you stopped to consider the current economic situation? Are you aware that many of these types of businesses are short-staffed and can only handle customers via drive-through? Perhaps you are unaware of the current environment, but hopefully next time you will consider it prior to leaving a negative review.
This franchisee is doing terrible harm to the Krispy Kreme brand. Located in one of the best demographic areas of the United States, this franchisee won’t open its dining room, operates a horribly slow drive-through, and doesn’t keep product in stock. Today was our third visit in a month and we were disappointed each time. Nice kids working there (it’s not their fault), but the franchise owner needs to sell or be held accountable by the franchisor. Y’all really are squandering a great opportunity to shine as the local operator of an American icon.
It's June 2022, and they've still got the inside locked. Wow. I just sat in line for 40 minutes with at least 15 cars slowly moving in front of me. Would it have been that hard to let me come in and pick up my online order? Unless you feel like burning $4.79 a gallon fuel while waiting an absurd amount of time, do not attempt coming here.To make matters worse, when I finally reached the ordering machine, they said they didn't even have half of my order (and it was only 9:30 am). Too late, I've already paid and wasted tons of time.
Krispy Kreme is delicious. This particular store is terrible, so much so that they can even manage to give you cold original glazed doughnuts despite seeing fresh ones coming off the line and the hot light being on. Part of this could be due to them but opening the lobby of the store. It could also be the horrific wait times in the drive thru even when there were only 2 other cars waiting to be disappointed by the complete and total lack of care given by this store. We have stopped eating as many Krispy Kreme doughnuts because this is a slap in the face. We now make it a point to try to visit the Murfreesboro store or just go to Donut Country. Donut Country can actually serve customers quickly at their drive thru or - get this - even inside of their store! This Krispy Kreme also cut back hours, hopefully it's due to slower sales and this store will fail so that others will not have to share the disappointment this particular store will bring them. Or on a more friendly note, maybe they can get their act together and improve service and quality. If you decide to go here, I wish you the best of luck. YOU WILL NEED IT!
Drive-thru thru only with one car in line ahead of me took 5 min till they took my order. I saw staff moving at a snail pace.
?The freshest and largest selection made in house. I feel lucky to have so many of these stores around middle Tennessee. Donuts and coffee, what a combination.☕️
I waited for 30 min in line and I loved it.Be Patient People!Enjoy waiting on things in life like yummy fresh doughnutsMy students absolutely loved them! Thanks for a hard working crew at the Cool Springs Krispy Kreme and I left a nice tip and the lady was surprisedTip people tip them!
I have 4 stars this location is usually only driver in pretty long wait.. Last visit I received cold donuts... But I love Krispy Kreme other locations are better
What's not to love about doughnuts? Especially Krispy Kreme ones. Picked up a dozen chocolate iced for breakfast. Only the drive thru is open and they were super slammed. Still got through it in a reasonable amount of time. The prices are high but worth it. I think they need to expand their drive thru capacity in the future for peak times. But overall, they are doing okay and have a legendary product. Will go again.
Cold days, thank you for fresh donuts and hot coffee early mornings. Working hard with kindness. Just an advice. Whenever I drank it there were bottom left from filtered coffee, today it was a lot.
