Philly is the best I've had for a fast food sandwich shop
My experience was terrible. The mobile ordering for this location didn’t work. And upon having to redo my entire order, I received my sandwich. THEN WHEN I BIT INTO IT, i looked down and saw a hair and found a hair IN MY MOUTH as well. Then, while trying to get a refund, they took a long time and then checked AGAIN to see if there was even a hair after not believing one of their own employees.

Gluten free bread was very good- happy to see it as an option!!
This is typically my favorite place to order subs. I ordered a delivery today and spent $33 with fees. I had to throw away my roast beef sub. It had so much vinegar and oil and pepper spread on it it was not edible. I spent extra money for extra roast beef. Very dissapointing. Just tried to call to speak with the manager but no answer. It's only 5:55 pm. They say on website they are open til 7. I would like someone to contact me fir a refund.
20 mins, still no sandwich. Made sandwich wrong, took it back up and told we have to pay to get the correct sandwich!
Very disappointed. Horribly over-salted. I got the Kahuna Cheesesteak and the meat was inedible because it had way way way too much salt. I had to throw away more than half the sub. Whoever is managing this shop needs to re-train the cooking process. The customer service was good and friendly though. If you go to this location, I recommend getting a cold sub instead as it's harder to mess up. Go to Cool Springs location if you want a philly/hot sub.
REPEATED TERRIBLE SERVICE AND MY SUB WAS DISGUSTING! My Philly cheese steak was Extremely over salted didn't even finish. Didn't give me my receipt either.

Horrible service, yelled at for standing in the wrong spot, employee couldn't tell me what bread they sell, and mandated that I order entire order up front otherwise they won't start making sandwiches, really?? Will not return!
