Despite some imperfect execution, the food and atmosphere here is excellent! The server was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable of the menu and serving options. All staff were very pleasant! Coming home from a week long vacation in Florida allowed for much comparison of restaurant dining in the past week and Fresh Start is among the best! Lots of healthy options including low carb and fresh juices, vitamin shot, vegetarian, cage free eggs, and traditional country style meals as well! We were there for breakfast but there was a lunch menu. Outdoor or indoor dining available. Comfortable atmosphere. Half of our party of 5 got their food way before the other half. The bus boy left the table very wet with residue and a milky cup ring on the seat. I had to clean our bench seat and dry our table before we could sit. Lemon ricotta pancake was a little dry. Lemon topping made up for it. Best unsweetened tea I've had on my week-long trip to the south! Salmon frittatta was so good! The tomatoes in this frittatta were so interesting & delicious! Fresh greens with lemon balsalmic dressing accompanied the frittatta perfectly! Granola and yogurt were very good! This was a busy Sunday meal time and our server grabbed our food as soon as she realized the delay in delivery.
I love a perfectly cooked poached egg that has a jammy yolk and this is the first restaurant to deliver 2 eggs as ordered. The quality of ingredients were fresh and tasty. I know avocado toast and 2 poached eggs are not exactly a complicated order but fresh avocado (not frozen) paired with my eggs…no one gets medium poached eggs right! My husband had breakfast tacos that were tasty. Sweet server, hot coffee, reasonable prices, fast service… really good.
Really friendly staff and everything was delicious. Really good pancakes. The bacado omelette is always good.
First Watch is one of the happiest places I know of to have a delicious, healthy brunch with friends and family. Not only is the food awesome, but the wait staff is awesome at making everyone feel welcome. You just know everything is all right when you eat at First Watch!
Server and person that seated us was so rude. We asked for a booth the girl gave us a dirty look. Huffing and puffing walking around. We sat there forever waiting for drinks. Ordered coffee and when she brought the drinks finally she didn’t even bring any coffee. When I asked her about it she immediately gave me a hateful look and said oh I couldn’t fit it on my tray , we were only 3 people. So the entire time she come back she ignored me never asked me once if we needed anything. My daughters bacon was burnt. My dressing tasted ruined. Then when we got our ticket she was carrying peoples food in her hands and asked us to grab the ticket from under the peoples food out of her hand. I will never go back to that location. It’s a run down restaurant and needs happier , more professional and nicer people working there.
ordered 3 different menu items for my coworkers and myself, everything was well packaged and tasted great! Delivery driver came way earlier than the ETA. Wonderful experience every time I go!
They do everything well. Great variety. All fresh. Coffee could be warmer but we're really splitting hairs if this is the issue they need to resolve. Staff is very connected to the customer.
First time there and it was great! Bacon was like heaven! Brooke was the server and had helpful recommendations. We would definitely go back!
Usually one of our favorite breakfast places had a terrible experience recently. We ordered poached eggs with salmon. They brought a mountain of lettuce with no dressing. The eggs were refrigerator cold and runny almost raw and the smoked salmon was three tiny pieces but smelled bad and had clearly gone bad. The staff seemed offended when we sent it back. They didn't charge us for those two plates as it was inedible but were completely oblivious and unapologetic. I'm not sure what is happening there but the staff seemed confused, disorganized and very stressed and it wasn't just our waitress. Maybe they were having a bad day but we won't be going back for a while.
My food was cold and toast was burnt...won't order to go ever again.I changed my review to reflect the response I received. I was contacted and received very candid feedback regarding what went wrong on their end and apologies for my experience. I appreciate the response and offer to make it better if I chose to frequent their locations again.
