Iâve had better visits. There is a row of booths where people walk on both sides. We sat there. Not great. Lots of foot traffic. The room was almost uncomfortably warm. The service was slow, it took quite a few minutes for our server to come overâ¦.we had to ask someone for our server about 10-15 minutes of being seated. Service remained mediocre. Food was pretty good. I like this place and come here often, but maybe Saturday night is not a great time,

Nice evening out with hubby for his birthday. Service was good, food was good, surprised us with a nice dessert at the end of our meal to help us celebrate.
The waiter was exceptional. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and he went out of his way to help us celebrate it.
My hubby and I kicked off our 24th anniversary weekend by dining at Firebirdâs. Weâve dined at this restaurant plenty of time but tonight was very frustrating for us, our table had flies and gnats continuously. After a fly landed on the bread we decided to get our food packed to go. We had to fan the insects away until the server came with our take out boxes. I had on a dress and kept getting bit by the inserts which was very upsetting. The manager can to our table to see how our dining experience was going when we explained the situation, she in turn stated that they would spray. As much as we love Firebirds, Iâll probably never return to that location for the lack of concern.
We were visiting from Pittsburgh, PA. We went to Firebirds to celebrate my nephewâs 16th birthday. Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Thanks for making this occasion so special.
We each got a salad with meat on top. They were both very tasty. We had a nice visit. The service was good but not outstanding.

The food never disappoints. Our server ignored us though.
Early dinner so not too crowded and noise level was good. Ordered filet for each of us and they were excellent.
