Terrible customer service! Don’t tell your customers it will be 20-30 minutes if it’s not true! When I ask how much longer, you should be able to give me a realistic time. Don’t tell customer it will be there as soon as possible when you told me that over an hour ago. They don’t care at this place.
worker was so rude, not ordering again. worst service i think i’ve ever experienced. if you’re gonna be rude to customers, get a different job.
I’ve been here a handful of times with my roommate and they have always delivered (well technically not delivery but) Taevon is AMAZING!! Perfect pizza every time and sweet people :)
Quick delivery but didn’t get the sides I paid for
I ordered via the app today. After waiting over 30 minutes from the app’s update of the pizza being out of the oven , I called. A young man answered and told me that they didn’t deliver. As a customer , one wonders why didn’t they call and update me. He rudely told me that I could come pick it up. He stated I’d receive an email about the voided transaction; which I didn’t . This was an unexpected issue. Clearly if they could see my address and didn’t deliver to me, why wasn’t that communicated in app.

This place is garbage! I live less than a mile down the road, yet.. they can't find my order when I come in!! Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT order from this location. They can't figure out who ordered with them! This is the SECOND time this has happened in less than 2 months.
Ever since they moved locations the service has gone down. Today I had a bad experience that was enough to make me never visit another dominos. I definitely don’t appreciate employees handling my food after digging in their noses.
We love this store except they always forget the marinara we paid for and give us the wrong sodas. Good is great though. Love it all.
I can understand the bad reviews. I live 3.6 miles from this location. Google maps says a 7 minute drive. They told me they don't deliver to me. Even though they have delivered to me in the past. Looking at the reviews I shouldn't have wasted my time. Do yourself a favor and get your pizza from Amicos.
