It was OK but the kids that were working clearly didn't want to be there at all. They would roll their eyes every time someone ordered anything.
I enjoyed the ice cream ?? but had to find the napkins for the customers
I would give this store zero if it was an option. I saw four staff on duty, No one greeted me when I came in, there was a couple in front of me getting their ice cream made, and I stood and I stood there for at least eight minutes and nobody said a word to me. The couple getting their ice cream left And I was the only person in the store at this point and still nobody said a word to me so I left worst service ever!!
Customer service skills were completely unsatisfyingI walked in about 6:30pm and stood in line waiting for my order to be taken however I was the only customer in the storeI waited patiently understanding that maybe they’re just busy and someone will take my order. Again there were 3 employees no customers but meI was never greeted so after 6 minutes of standing in an empty room and not even being spoken to was just unbelievableThe workers even looked at me several timesSo after waiting I just walked out unsatisfied, disappointed and I will never recommend this ice cream shop to anybody
Chase, who handled our very large order was very kind and responsive. He personally delivered our order to the office. There was only one delivery hiccup and once we realized it, Chase went out of his way to fix it as well as included an extra ice cream treat when he returned.
I watched an employee with very long hair pull his hair out of an ice cream bowl before giving it to the customer. I do not understand why it is not pulled back out of his face or in a hair net or hat. He has been slinging his hair everywhere to try and keep it out of his face. I cannot imagine how much of his hair is all over the ice cream and toppings. So unclean!
My last few visits here were certainly disappointing. They have made several mistakes with my orders and sold expired items. When trying to rectify, they make excuses about not being old enough to replace the item(s) or return any money spent. The customer service is also lacking much, never welcoming, just rushed.
Ordered a birthday cake and an order of the cupcakes for my husbands 30th birthday party. I placed the order on Thursday specifically for Saturday. Got a weird call Friday saying they didn’t have my cake they sold it? And I was like well it’s for Saturday so they said oh good. I thought that was odd but I tried to ignore it and assumed it would be ok since I paid 80 dollars already for both items. Today when I got there to pick up my cake and cupcakes. My cupcakes were not made and they didn’t have any to give me. Veryyyyyg disappointing!
Decline in quality and presentation: The cookies and cream I ordered was lacking cookies. It was basically vanilla on the verge of melting and spilling over the sides of the cup when handed to me. Really disappointing when compared to my my last experience nearly a year ago.
