So i saw a bumch of terrible reviews for this place. I even double checked to make sure i was reading reviews for the correct place because i have not had any bad experience here... Yes. Its more expensive thank panda express, yes it is not quite as good, but its also a mall Chinese place... Also people said they did not have a lot of choices, i was confused because there are a ton of choices... They all taste similar. But they are different choices...I like them, and do occasionally come by. Again. The prices are higher, but that is expected at a mall...
Disgusting and over priced. Only go here if you feel like eating garbage.
The meat taste nothing like it’s suppose to. Just not good place to eat. Even the egg roll was bad ?

Even though it is a chain, each location can be different. I found this location to be just as fresh and tasty as the other location I visited in another part of Tennessee.
The noodles were good and the people were nice.
We had high hopes for China Wok. We were at Jersey Mikes in the same complex and saw it. We stopped in and it smelled great so we put it on our list to try. The young lady taking our order was friendly and helpful. We ordered won ton soup, pork egg foo young for me and chicken chow mein for my husband. We did not expect the food to be served on cardboard plates, plastic bowls for the soup and worst of all the cheapest plastic silverware. I'm talking the small white kind, not sturdy, just small and cheap. When we saw the silverware up by the cups for water we did not take it as we thought it was possibly for take-out. When the woman brought the soup we asked for spoons and she gave us plastic teaspoons from the counter where we saw them. Impossible to eat soup with those and forget about the won tons. We tried to cut them with our knives but it was difficult, not to mention trying to eat the food. The soup was so hot I was afraid to leave the spoon in for long as it might melt. Just awful !!! The egg foo young was not great, pieces of pork too big and the omelet too thick, again very hard to cut with the little plastic knife and fork. The sauce for the egg foo young that they brought separate in the same kind of plastic bowl as the soup was as thin as water.It is suppose to be like a gravy. I also did not care for their fried rice, hardly no taste, just bland, egg roll was pretty tasteless as well. I think my husband liked the flavor of his chicken chow mein, just not the utensils to eat it with. This was an uncomfortable dining experience to put it mildly. I have to rate this overall poor because of my dinner and the horrible way they serve it. I think they should just do take-out if they don't care to provide the proper plates and silverware. We did see a couple of people come in and pick up their food and an employee going out to do a delivery. We do not live that close so that would not be an option for us.
