I came in to grab some food and boba on Thursday evening. There was this sweet young lady working alone who was very personable and efficient. I had a nice conversation with her. The food was delicious and melted in my mouth. Highly recommend this place!!!!!
A great experience 2 days in a row! I had come in with my family where I ordered deep fried Oreos, Persian plate, and the Butterbeer Boba and I’m glad to say that all three were excellent! They were so good that I just had to bring my girlfriend back the next day, where she also really enjoyed the food and drink.The staff was also so great, really friendly and personable, they made my day! I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family, they constantly deliver good food and boba, the work environment seems lively, and it makes for some really good experiences. Wish I could give two different ratings for quality and service.I’ve been going here for years and just in the past couple months, the boba drinks have started to taste watered down and bland. They’re always out of something and I don’t want to pay that much for something I don’t want.The service is the only redeeming quality recently. The girl with interesting earrings and the tall blonde boy were accommodating and made sure my drink was to my liking after I mentioned it tasted watered down. They were both very nice and the girl and I had a good conversation about her major while the boy remade my drink perfectly.I wish I could say that all of the employees were as nice as these two were.
Had a great stop today at the Chill Spot. The owner was engaging and provided great service. We ordered a boba tea and the buffalo chicken wrap, which were both delicious. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for a cool, quick, and hand-crafted experience!
I used to come here years ago and the service/quality was always phenomenal. I’m not sure whats changed but the new management does not share the same values as the old one.The last four times i’ve been here my order has been wrong, the taste of my tea has been watered down and the wait time was 20+ minutes. if you tell them your order is wrong be prepared to wait another 20 minutes for a (maybe) correct one.For just a bubble tea it really shouldn’t take that long.i understand the need to up the prices but food portions are tiny and quality is not the same as it was. overall, so disappointed and unfortunately I won’t be returning. such a shame as the original chill spot was so great. You’re better off at any other boba tea spot around town.
Pretty good.I like going to this place. It’s a bit pricey but it’s pretty tasty… HOWEVER there is this one worker who always gets my order wrong, no matter what it is. I’m indecisive so I get something different each time I go. That means my orders aren’t anything special and I don’t change the from how they appear on the menu. So it should be simple to make the order right?Apparently not. Every time I see this woman, I know my order won’t be right. I kid you not… every single time. It’s not like she’s new either. I’ve been going to this location for about a year and I remember seeing her then.It’s not just me! Every customer she serves gets at least one part of their order wrong. This of course causes her to have to remake the item, thus holding up the line. I once sat in a line with two people ahead of me for 25 minutes. Seriously what the heck. I’m surprised nothing has changed! It’s wasting their customers time and the company’s resources. Such a shame.Besides her, the other staff are great!I wish I remembered her name, but this one young lady had a very fun chat with me about music while she made my order.Oh my gosh, I loved her!They have also recently remodeled and I’ve got to say… I’m a fan!
Unbelievable. I literally ordered chai tea, chocolate,Brown sugar, and Carmel. They were out of ALL OF THEM. I don’t know how they stay open without half their teas. Additionally, you can take a power nap while they make your food. The wrap isn’t bad, but I could get one for less than $11 anywhere. Also idk why they close at 4 on Monday.
Their wraps are very good! I had the "Chicken Ranch Wrap" which was so awesome, tasted just like a club sandwhich. Great for the price!
I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap, and it was very tasty and a lot of food for the price! Would definitely recommend eating here if you have the chance!
