Great Service and Friendly Staff
I from Florida and I just came to visit this chili and have had the worst experience I've ever had since the beginning I enter the restaurant the waitress had a horrible attitude. The food was nasty all the vegetables had the stickers that they put at the markets on! Even the Manager was not really helpful please i hope this helps all the people that is just looking to have a quite nice meal getaway. This was not even a 1 star experience this waitress made a minus 100 experience.

Food was good. Margaritas were good. Short-staffed but our person- Neisha- was great. Very friendly and helpful

there are 2 more businesses in chili's location, just wings and Maggiano's italian that usually the gps misplace. when busy, orders takes longer to pick up in regular days service is fast.
We honestly felt like we had gone back to Chili’s of the 90’s... that is a COMPLIMENT! We used to love Chili’s. Great food and great service. That’s exactly what we got tonight! All of the hostesses were attentive and welcoming. Our server was fantastic. The food was fast, hot and yummy! Not sure what is up at the Creekside Crossing/ Brentwood Chili’s, but you guys were killing it tonight! Great job! Though we had stopped dining at Chili’s, you won us back. We shall return. (Hope your store manager and/or store owner see this thumbs up review!)
This chilis is not so great. So it was just three of us, and we went in around 5ish on a Sunday. It was not packed at all and the service was a joke. I don't know if our waitress was ready to go or this must've been her first time ever as a waitress. She took my order but didn't ask my husband what he wanted and just walked away. I ordered some boneless wings and some chardonnay, by then we decided we didn't want the food and just wanted to pay for the drinks and leave, so we told the bartender, but then the food came out, so we just didn't order anything else, just ate that and left! This was our first and last time at this location! It's something wrong with those people there!
Excellent food! Short-staffed but still very attentive. Perfect!
