I ordered the frosted lemonade and asked for whipped cream on top. They said they are not allowed to add whipped cream because it doesn’t come with the drink. The waitress was kind enough to verify with the manager and he agreed, no whipped cream. I guess I’ll go to Starbucks next time. They are very generous with the whipped cream and even give a pup cup to my dog.
Just left this chick Fil a, my first time at this location. The kid who took my order was very sweet and I wish I paid attention to the name tags. However the reason for my 2 star review was as I drove up to the drive thru to have my order taken, the manager came up to the young kid who took my order and began to give him corrective action which I thought was very rude and how he addressed he was very tense and cold. It made me embarrassed and uncomfortable to have to sit there and listen to him get on to the kid. Also very unprofessional to do that in front of customers. He then proceeded to do the same thing to the young girl on the other line taking drive thru orders and got on to her in front of a customer. He should’ve pulled them aside in private.
All was good , friendly service
We’ve always enjoyed Chick-fil-A but for now- we are not coming to your restaurant in the future. For the second time, my husband told the attendant he is a veteran. For the second time your attendant asked to see proof. My husband showed his card and for what? To prove he’s not telling a lie? Your guy didn’t even look at the card. There’s a number on it you can verify. He glanced and flippantly asked for his order. Anybody can flip a card in front of a attendant and pass it off as a military id. Asking for proof of having served…if I had been in the car- we would have driven out of your lot without your food. This is a absolute insult. Why would a 75 year old, United States Army, Military Police, 720th Battalion, 615th Unit, Vietnam Veteran lie about being a veteran? If you want them to prove they are a military veteran then asked them about their sacrifice then thank them for their service. Ask them to tell you where they trained, served, why they can’t sleep at night. Ask them how Agent Orange exposure is killing him slowly. He has a ton of money. That discount means nothing to him but the opportunity to tell someone he served our country means everything. It[s not about the discount and if you think I’m fishing for a freebie—-you are as sad as your employee. Do yourself a favor. Change your policy. If someone is stupid enough to lie to you about being a military veteran then how much have you actually lost? Not as much as they will have lost when they stand before God. Chick-fil-A no matter where you go is always a great experience. Friendly staff at any location
Chic FIL a is the only place I know that offers the exact same polite experience in any location. This one is consistent and always busy. Worth the wait.
