Thanks for leaving me with no cake on my birthday. Their birthday cakes are super nostalgic for me and the only dessert I wanted. Found out less than 24 hours that they canceled my birthday cake order and wouldn’t let us change it to a different flavor because they needed 48 hours in advance. Would have been nice knowing it was canceled 48 hours in advance or asked for a backup flavor initially so the flavor could be switched. No solution to a very simple problem. Also no communication that it was canceled- had to call to find out we weren’t getting the product promised. 0/10.UPDATE: My boyfriend was surprising me for our engagement so the beginning of this review is false. Lol
Not open at 1pm on Saturday, crazy.. pay your workers better.
I drove 20 minutes on lunch to get there.Their menu doesn't match what it shows online so I wasnt able to get anything. Their dairy free menu is lacking. The lady working there is extremely rude. I asked her what a flavor tasted like and instead of offering for me to try it she gave me a rude response. Will not be back.
