Two young ladies at 8:38 closed early but we checked online for the closing time which is 9:00 pm. They locked the doors and yelled at us even though they were at fault

Came at around 9:35 pm. Got kids out of the car seat and walked upto the door to find out that the place was closed 25 MINUTES early and employees (kids) dancing and joking on the inside.
I asked the worker if I can have extra flavor in my ice cream. This young hard worker scrapped the floor clean and put the clumps of dirt directly into my ice cream. When I told him about the clump of hair sitting on top he promptly took it out and ate it in front of me so I’d never have to see it again. Thank you for the memorable experience.
Great, creamy ice cream with many different flavors, size, and toppings. Not so large inside, but several kid-friendly tables under the roof outside. Pretty quick service. Low key place to hang out for a quick treat.

Was so excited to go to Baskin Robbins (worked there as a kid). Drive from a dance comp at Opryland Hotel. Arrived at 9:34 pm and they closed 25 minutes early. Time posted is 10pm but closed before 9:34.Disappointing.
Absolutely the worst customer service! My family and I have been customers at this locations for years and have never received the treatment we received this afternoon. Upon ordering, we received our shakes and they were not properly done. So I proceeded to let the employee know and she caught an attitude and her response to me telling her she added extra chocolate when I requested not to her response was the ice cream has chocolate DUH! She then proceeded to argue under her breath and even argued with the manager in front of us. The manager asked her to leave and she refused to do so. Needless to say, will not be returning. Thank you to the manager whom still attempted to fix our drinks whilst dealing with this unprofessional individual.
How is it that an ice cream store refuses to make milk shakes after 9:00 if they don’t close until 10:00?? Same employee turned down my step-daughter two weeks in a row. (Two Friday nights in a row) The other girl working even said all the milk shake machines are broken. You’re an ice cream store...you make ice cream treats. Wish she had gotten the employee name so I could post it here so the manager will hopefully see this! I guess good help is hard to find. Unfortunate.
IceCream is great, much better than Jenis flavored frozen wax. This location is pretty dumpy though. The workers look like they just walked in after a day at highschool. No uniforms of any kind, no gloves used after touching their phones, not a word said to any customers.
