We were passing through town for the night and wanted to order some food to take back to our hotel. We ordered a cheese pizza with fresh garlic and onion and a house salad w/ extra side dressing and added onion to it. We got charged $2.50 a topping on the pizza.Then $1 each to add onion and dressing to the salad.We only saw one dressing and when I asked about the extra side, the guy came out to our car and inspected our salad for the original dressing which was hiding in the bottom of our salad not able to see it. The pizza was decent but definitely not worth $20 and I was picking bad pieces of lettuce out of the salad the whole time. The 6 pieces of onions on the salad for $1 was awesome. Would not recommend this place or return to it when in the area.
This pizza is easily the BEST pizza I've ever had! My fav is the Margherita and the taste parade starts with the crust which is both crunchy and chewy. The sauce is tangy with a hint of sweetness and pairs well with the provolone cheese and basil leaves. Simple, rustic, full of flavor and it's gluten free! You're welcome?
We are here from out of town and stopped by to order a supreme pizza and it was truly amazing. The crust was delicious with just the right texture and wonderful flavor. We had a Greek salad full of vegetables and homemade dressing. The service was so friendly and fast. We will definitely be back!!

Ok,, I know service is suffering these days, but this place is beyond the pale. Ordered a pizza on line at the Caruthers location. Probably the tenth time in six months. I get there and there is another customer trying to locate his pizza. They don't have my order either. (First clue there is a systemic problem, genius.) The guy calls the other location and figures out the orders are at the other location. The guy at Basil Garden tells me it's my fault because I ordered through "Slice". i had never heard of Slice at that point. I assured him I had ordered from their website. (Slice later confirmed that Basil was running all orders from their website through Slice, but not telling anybody. The guys from Slice were nice and refunded my money no thanks to the store.) The guy at the Caruthers store sent me to 127 Franklin Road "in Franklin" No apology. No offer to make a pizza at that location, and bad directions. The other location is on Franklin Road in Brentwood. So. while I'm wandering around looking in Franklin my wife tries to call the other store. They don't answer, but have a message saying they are too busy to answer the phone but to order on line (uh, never again....) i never did get a pizza. )Slice tried to fix it, Basil Garden did nothing but screw up and blame everyone else. The pizza is pretty good, but you might want to call (if they will answer the phone) or order in person. I will be taking my business to Sal`s.
Atrocious experience. Papa Johns would have been a better choice. We ordered directly from their website and Grubhub delivered - an hour later. They said I chose contact free delivery, which I didn’t, and left our food outside our back door in sub freezing temps. Then they texted me to tell me it was left at the front door. I looked. No pizza. Called the driver and they said it was at the back door. I opened my back door to find ice cold pizza that was wrong even though the substitutions and requests were clearly typed out on the receipt. While reheating the ice cold pizza in the oven, I called the store and spoke to an employee who said he’d find a solution and have the manager call me right back…40 minutes later I called back. Took me three calls to get someone to answer and they said they were too busy to do anything about it at that time. $76 order that was wrong and no one even attempted to apologize or make it right. I will never order from here again.

Ordered a large with pepperoni and bacon. Received the pizza and the left side has both toppings, but the right has a total of 4 pepperoni's and no bacon. No receipt provided with order either.
We’ve never been to Basil Garden Pizza. I was looking forward to a good pizza at Basil Garden Pizza for my birthday lunch. We got there at 1:15 pm on Tuesday Oct 12 only to find the business closed! So sad! We went to Uncle Julio’s Mexican Restaurant instead.
