Order online went to pick up and they were closed. You can’t get corporate on the phone to get the refund and the store won’t help you.

We ordered online because no one answered the phone. We had company over to watch a game and have wings. We showed up to pick up our wings and they said Door Dash had them. We did not realize we ordered them for delivery. Turns out we didn’t, they gave away our order. We went elsewhere, they messed up our night. Now we need to seek a refund from our credit card. Not happy.

Ordered on the app, said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Drove up to the store and they were closed!! Can't reach them by phone and they charged my credit card. ??

Used door dash. Ordered Cajun thighs. They were tiny, way over cooked, and NOT CAJUN. It was plain old hot wing sauce. Fries were cold. No ice for my drink. Wish I had read the reviews first. Never ordering from there again.

I got the Lemon pepper thighs, small but delicious! Customer service very friendly! One person working but she is doing a good job! Thank you for a good first visit I will probably go back tomorrow ?

For the past 2 weeks I've visited 6 different wingstops in memphis and North ms. All of them with lit up open signs but not a worker in site. I've tried calling but no one ever picks up the phone. And just today I went to the one in poplar and at 4:30 they were closed and everyone was cleaning up. I don't know whats going on but this is the last straw. Its always an unprofessional environment xomplete with bad attitudes and dirty dining rooms. You guys are not worth it ?

I placed an order online for pick up, and when I arrived at the restaurant, it was closed. Yet, I was allowed to place the order online and my account was charged $62 for the order. Both the website and the sign on the door state that they close at midnight, 7 days a week. Another disgruntled customer pulled up after me (he ordered delivery) and he drove to the restaurant because he never received his order, yet his card was charged. I need a full refund please.

Yall are the worst establishment in bartlett. Unprofessional, closing before you’re said close time. We placed and order online to come to the store closed, you’d think you’d turn off your online orders if you’re gonna close early.

They always have the app off, they stop taking orders hours before they actually close, they never answer the phone to take orders and when you drive there they are either closed or stopped taking orders. I have found a closer more reliable place.
