Ordered curbside in the app, checked in and waited 20 minutes. I went inside and patiently waited as my now cold food was moved multiple times. The cashier was rude and annoyed when I said I came in for my curbside pickup, she didn't ask but demanded what it was I order. She was extremely annoyed that my drink was fulfilled wrong and she had to remake it
My food was almost warm I got the 4 for $4 nuggets was hollow a lil bit so who knows how long they could have been seating up there chicken sandwiche was similar but a lil better but .....my frosty was good....
Fantastic. We had just left McD and went immediately to Wendy's to get another sausage biscuit for comparison and FREE senior coffee. Wendy's was grade A all the way.
I don't get to go to this Wendy's very often but I must say the drive-through experience is above the norm. The young man that took my order was very thorough and unlike many drive-thrus that go through, I felt like I wasn't guessing whether they understood my order or not. This is in part because he read the order back to me even if it was on the screen. And as always food was hot and prompt. Kudos.
Sat in line at the drive thru on Saturday night at the speaker for over 15 minutes. No one ever took our order or asked us to wait. Complete silence. Cars behind us were pulling around and leaving. We finally left and went elsewhere also.
The breakfast baconator and the breakfast potatoes are delicious. I want those all day!
This Wendy’s needs to be shut down. they will let you sit in the drive thru for however long you can stand without ever taking your order. when you drive around you see the workers i guess sitting in the car. Hour in a half before closing. Ridiculous!!
Wendy's hwy 64 Bartlett TN, no one came to drive thru,,,no one answered phone. Don't know who owns this franchise but I suggestYou get there and see what's going on,,,this isn't first time won't go back again?
The food in Germantowns Wendys was cold. The girl on the speaker was rude, yelling at the driver in front of me. Then was still cursing when I pulled up. Horrible attitude!!! I made my order short and less complicated because my original order seemed to confuse and irritate her. Without an apology or thanks for my patience, shut the window before I could ask for ketup. I let her know about her cs skills...She needs to be disciplined.
dining room is still closed. it's sep 2021! by now it's obvious it's not about health. it's about not having to clean the restaurant as well, it's about controlling the amounts of ketchup & napkins each customer gets, it's about management making bonuses.STOP GIVING MONEY TO THESE BUSINESSES THAT THINK WE ARE STUPID ENOUGH TO BELIEVE THAT EATING IN A HOT TRUCK WITH UNWASHED HANDS IS MORE HEALTHY THEN GOING INSIDE.THIS WILL NEVER END UNTIL WE END IT!
