I’ll preface this by saying I love Wendy’s. Never really had a problem at any location… aaaaaaaaaand then I came to this one. I sat through the drive thru like for 35+ minutes not once, BUT TWICE. I decided to give them a chance after the first one but after the second time, I’m done. Not to mention, my wife also found a bread tie on her sandwich the last time she went. The staff never seems to care. Food is always lukewarm at best. I get that everyone is shortstaffed but wow, it’s non-stop at this location. If I had a dollar for every time I’ve been boned at this Wendy’s, I’d have $3. That’s $3 too many. I love Baconator’s but waiting in line for 30+ minutes? Naw, I’ll pass. This Wendy’s is horrid. Dave Thomas would be disappointed.
I visit this location on 2-27-22, around 10:11 am The wait time was horrible the host was Kayla she had very poor customer service skills she wasn't customer friendly at all she wasn't apologetic for the wait time at all I has to greet her first which is totally unacceptable when I spending my money. I expect good customer service, she asked me to pull forward because they were cooking eggs, however she wasn't friendly nor to pleasant and when I did get my food the sandwich was hot but the potatoes were cold. Wasn't a pleasant experience at all.
This particular Wendy's is awful. Tenders were over cooked. Burger was not all that. Oh, let's not forget THE ROACHES!! Yes, there were ROACHES.DO NOT EAT AT THIS WENDY'S.DON'T!!
Every single time I come here I sit at the window after I’ve already paid for my food for 10-15 minutes. Not to mention the workers are rude. Most of the time they leave out somethimg, too.
Your employees @ the window were very polite and helpful. The young lady taken the order was very sweet and treated you with kindness. My experience was very nice. Thank you all working the drive through.
Lmaooo this location has never really been that good in general, but this was new. Not only was my food luke warm, but there was a BREAD TIE on my burger. HOW? Luckily I opened it up to make sure it was made correctly and saw that.
Good as always. Wendy's has always been one of my favorite fast food places and this location meets the standards expected from the establishment.
Line is always super long, slow service. I had often avoided this Wendy’s but decided to give it a second chance tonight. I was disappointed. 2 stars is being generous tbh. Don’t ever plan on going back here unless i wanna waste 20 min in line.
Employees turn away customers hour before closing because they don't feel like working this has happened at this location the past 3 times I have gone each time showing up well before closing just to be told they are closed or short handed so they won't be taking orders and everytime I pass the window on my way to leave there are several employees just lounging around in the dining area and window doing nothing. IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB THEN QUIT. Wendy's is loosing money because of their laziness
Absolute LAZIEST workers I have ever seen, when they don’t try to close a whole hour early when there are 5 people in there just standing around in their phones doing absolutely nothing, they completely mess up every order even when made very clear. The workers were rude and service was just terrible. Choosing a different place from now on because this is just getting ridiculous. If you don’t want to work don’t be at work and quit.
