The service was terrible. The waitress never once greeted us. Acted like we inconvenienced her by entering the store and we were the only ones there except the guy she was all cozy with. Our food came out wrong twice and we didn't even our hashbrowns the way we ordered. By far the worst experience we have had in a long time. Get a date on your own time and do your job! SMH!!
Food was good, but that’s about it. The lady that served our table had a terrible attitude. She did not take our order or even checked by for refills until I called her over very single time, but of course all of a sickening attitude. I understand things are crazy right now, but the lack of simple manners can’t be excused, especially when I knew it was only with our table. Will not be coming back again.
Good food and a wonderful server
Only a couple of people on staff but I couldn’t tell. They worked hard to make sure our food was delivered quickly and it was made to perfection! They were extremely kind and I had a great experience ❤️
This is what to expect from the Waffle House on Bartlett now. Me and a friend were served 2 unclean unwashed dirty cups of tea. At first I figured maybe it was soap residue. But it was not. It was a dirty white film on the outside and inside of the cup and solid white flaky matter floating in the drinks. The rim of each cup was obviously nasty and looked as if it had never been washed after uses. The waitress, a heavy set dark haired lady named "Abigail", served the drinks with a cold attitude and was not apologetic when confronted about the dirty drinks. Very unsanitary and I won't be returning. If they can be casual about dirty drinks then who knows how casual they are about the food.
The manager and the cook are top notch professionals willing to make some off menu keto friendly items at your request.
I had a great experience here. The waitress took my order promptly and the kitchen served it up fast. The price was right and the wait was non-existent. Thanks!
Very slow service even though they were adequately staffed. Food came out just warm seems like it had been sitting for a while before they delivered it. We just had breakfast so really no reason for eggs to sit around and cool off before they came to the table syrup bottle was so dirty I had to ask the waitress to clean it before I used it the overall condition of the restaurant is dirty. I will not be returning to this location again
This place was one of the only ones open during our travels to see family for Thanksgiving. The staff was kind, organizer and prompt. My family was so thankful to be able to sit down and enjoy meal out of state!
Thank y’all for working tonight. The young lady gave great customer service and the cook made sure I was satisfied with my food before I left. I appreciate it!
