We had a delicious meal tonight. We arrived at a very busy time of the evening so it took a little extra time to get some of our food but the staff was apologetic and came back to make sure that we had everything. The fresh, hot fries were worth the wait! There was a lady there who was visibly upset that her takeout order wasn’t ready fast enough to suit her. We watched the staff handle her with kindness and patience and in a very professional manner. Great job!
Management, PLEASE train your employees to stop over cooking the fries!! If I wanted a bag of chips, I would have ordered a bag of chips. They have been borderline over cooked on the past, but today they were Hard and Crunchy. Absolutely no potato meat left. Very bad.
Stay away from Tops! Waited in the drive thru 30 minutes and received the wrong order. We ordered 2 jumbo bar-b-qs, 2 fries, and 2 turnovers. Got half rack of ribs, kids hamburger, and 3 fries. This was our first visit. We will never go back. Ty's Smokehouse is the best bar-b-q place in town.
Worst ribs and brisket I’ve ever tried to eat.I give this two stars only because the the pulled pork was literally edible. But the taste was not good. But it was actually edible. The brisket and ribs - you couldn’t eat it - it was so burnt up and so poorly cooked my husband and I couldn’t even eat it. Waste of money.The sauce isn’t a good flavor. I will never be back.I will say, my brother in law does say the burgers here are good but I’ll never find out. Sorry Tops.
Marcus is back!!! Just had a great experience at Tops Bartlett!! Fast friendly service. Some of the nicest young men working hard, delicious food, keeping it clean. So nice to see happy working crews! Going to give the chick some competition! ???
We really like the burgers from here. They are large and packed full with toppings and flavor. Pair that with fresh cheese fries and you are good to go.The BBQ sandwiches from here are great as well. The right amount of coleslaw to meat ratio. I usually ask for extra sauce, they get dry and I prefer a saucy mess.
Currently eating a very cold cheeseburger ….I gave this 2 stars cause the fries are a decent temp.We ordered dinner tonight “online” for curbside it said it would be ready at 7:19… we just got the food at 7:52pm —— my husband went in twice and the first time no one acknowledged him and he noticed everyone sitting playing on their phones…..He went in a 2nd time and noticed the couple that ordered from the kiosks got their meal quicker when he asked they said “we waiting on fries”Got the food and left now we are sitting down to a nice cold dinner.I get it’s busy and people are short staffed but seeing staff on their phones… unacceptable
We ordered through Doordash.Pulled pork sandwich made incorrectlyDouble bacon cheeseburger made incorrectly.BBQ fries were at least decent.They left out our drinks.(delivery driver partly to blame)I used to work for Tops in Frasier 20 years ago. We had very high standards. I've been to both locations on Summer and the one on Macon, they are much better than the Bartlett location.I would be glad to come on board to help with training. I'd like to see this location succeed.
My burger was COLD but it was still tasty. The BBQ beans were good, but my portion size was small. My small container was not full. Next time I go back, I will ask for a HOT burger.
Welp, seems like the other negative reviews share common themes with my experience here.We have tried this location twice and both times came away VERY unimpressed.Burgers - if you like solid terrible burgers, they have you covered. One would think they could at least do this right. Wrong...The line of cars you see in the drive through is because it takes FOREVER to get the food. Not that they constantly have such high business, just that once your in the line - you are unable to escape. That's right - they actually block off your ability to exit the line at this location. This has to be some sort of safety hazard too.Pulled pork was clearly chopped - stop advertising one thing and serving another.Honestly, this was some of the worst "BBQ" I have ever had. Absolutely nothing worth the time or money spent on this.
