This taco bell closes early before scheduled time. Has employees who do not pay attention to what you order . You get what you get . Staff are usually nice but it is ran horribly. Closed early again last night. Lights out 930pm , cars lined up at the window that all waited and then drove off mad . Corporate needs to address this taco bell.
Ordered a taco box, paid for it, yes the transition was done and I had change in my hand... $15 for it...I asked for extra fire sauce, just a few, keep in mind I gave the change to the cashier as a tip so that I could get the extra sauces, which was a $20 bill... She grabs the sauce, and then the manager slaps it out of her hand and says, No, we gave him enough sauce... Keep in mind, this girl is shocked about what just happened... So, the manager then steps in and says, "you ain't getting no more"... Then she says, I'm the GM and I said NO...I had my food and my drink in hand, the girl in the background is shocked... It's just sauce... So, I asked for a refund and was granted it... Over sauce...5 packets of sauce... You lost a $15 transaction, over 5 packets of sauce.... SAUCE!!!! The girl had to give her tip back is the biggest disappointment...I would recommend customer service training for your new GM ASAP... Maybe she didn't know that sauce is not a bigger commodity than customers...This is not a way to go, especially for such a small community such as Bartlett... Check your tapes and review the entire transaction please... So unprofessional... AND IT WAS OVER SAUCE... YES, SAUCE
I went there I ordered 3 taco supremes with cinnamon twist and a five dollar box. I drove off thank god I looked at my food before I got home I looked in the bag my whole order was completely messed up so I parked and decided to go in But their dining room is closed which is understandable but having to be told to wait outside at night in 25 degree whether is some b******* then the line was long I was told I have to get back in the drive thru line to get my corrected order may I remind you there are 3 cars in front of me and a truck was ordering food for 10 mins straight. Like why not just fix the food or give me the correct order. This is not my first altercation with this location there were times where I came at 9 and they said they were closed but they not suppose to close until 10. I literally spent an 1hr trying to get a 15 min order.
So, I am NOT someone who writes reviews very often. But, there are some things that need to be addressed. We were driving in the drive thru to pick up a DoorDash order. Waited a few moments of silence when we pulled up to the speaker to mention we had an order. We were met with "We don't have any orders." We promptly asked again if they were sure, we were met with, "Ma'am we have been closed for twenty minutes. We do not have any orders." The time was 8:47 PM. DoorDash, the Google website, Apple Maps and various other internet services say that the store closes at midnight or 1 AM.We mentioned that the DoorDash order receiving needed to be turned off, if they decided to go against listed times and close early. We were met with, "Do not tell me what I need to do. I am not Taco Bell, Taco Bell is in charge of that, now get off of my speaker." Exact words.I managed a fast food restaurant for years and had to deal with cars wrapped around our building with a drive thru time of 4 minutes. I understand that dealing with customers all day can be frustrating and aggravating. And, I can understand a bad day. What I cannot understand is lacking a basic level of customer service and adequate fast food etiquette. I hope this location can grow from this situation.
Do not go there .!!!!!!! Very bad service we order a crispy box and 4 burritos , 4 tacos , salad , quesadillas and cinnamon twist. a big order …..And the fat woman was saying that she had put the all order .. when reality she only put the chicken taco from the box …. She missed the burrito the Twist the chalupa an a taco from the combo ….. charged us $40 plus us dls we went back to get the rest was missing and sh just argued and she made us wait . We expected for them to have us our food since she told us to pulled over and wait but after a while she came out and say to bring the food back so she can give the money back ??♂️ she is crazy and shouldn’t treat the customers like that since it was their mistake.. we had to leave due to she was rude and treating us on a very impolite way …
Love the mobile app. Order in it, pay in it, drive thru, say my name and food magically appears at the second window. And it's Taco Bell, how can you go wrong when you know what you're gonna get?
Was treated rudely by the person taking the order and drove away with someone else’s order. In every other business I’ve been to, the correct response is ‘Is Pepsi OK’, not “We don’t have Coke”. I hope whoever got my Burrito Supremes and crunchy tacos enjoyed them. And what Taco Bell runs out of regular taco sauce.
Order ended up a mess. No party boxes for tacos. A missing crunchy taco, some tacos missing everything, some tacos completely different than what was ordered. Cinnbon delights switched with twists and nachos, a large amount too, (seemingly stolen)? One of the wraps were all crumbled up (like it was taken from the trash)? Recommend going to different tacho bells.
Disgusting way of treating customers. I went up to the drive thru and asked for a moment so I could read the menu as I always do when I go to places I dont go often. Never in my entire 23 years of living have I ever had a worker tell me, "you can't have a second." I was shocked and asked why and he said, "because I can't have you backing up a line by giving you a second." I looked back and there was not a single person behind me so I told him that and he said, "I know but if you take a second there will be." So I was forced to order as quickly as I could, couldn't even look at the menu. There was another car in front of me and by the time I got my order the entire time no one else came behind me in that line, even after I was leaving. The biggest punchline? I asked the lady at the cashier who took my order and it was the MANAGER. Miguel is his name and I am going to call cooperate and say the store location and manager Miguels name, telling this entire confrontation to them. You don't talk to customers that way, you shouldn't even talk to people that way in general. I don't care who you are. People like this should never work with customers if they're going to have an attitude like that. I'm never coming back here. The disrespect I received made me cry when I was explaining my problem to the cashier. I thank her for making me laugh to get me to calm down. Other than that, if you have other options around you. Avoid this place.
