I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. This is your typical Starbucks. It doesn't stand out from any other one, good or bad. Do they make mistakes? Sure. They are human, after all. Any mistake they've made on my order (which is rare), they have happily fixed it without any issues.The only negative things about this location is that the drive thru gets really backed up (not their fault) and the parking lot is horrible and has lots of pot holes (again, not on them).
I came in today and purchased 2 gift cards for 15.00 ea totaling 30.00 with a hundred dollar bill and recieved 50.00 dollars in change luckily i counted my money before leaving and had to have the girl at the register giv me what they owed me.I dont believe in accidents at the cash register.So watch and count your return change,30.00 is to large of tip for purchasing 2 gift cards.
I live right around the corner from this starbucks and they are never consistent. I work at a different starbucks 20 minutes away because I hate this one so much. Recently asked for a strawberry acai with no strawberry pieces and received one with strawberry pieces, when I went in to fix it, the person who fixed it was training someone and told them they don’t actually have to fix it. He poured the same drink into a different cup, added ice and gave it to me. I ended up having to tell him I was allergic to the pieces for him to do the right thing and fix it. As I was walking out I heard him tell his trainee that I was in the wrong for not saying I was allergic when at the window I asked for no strawberries.
Very unorganized. Rude attitude! Ridiculous wait time. I placed an order, not only was my card charged and they were out of stock on the pastry item but my cup was lost for my 2 mochas
I keep forgetting to avoid this Starbucks. Drinks are never consistent and they are notorious for under pour. If I wanted half a cup of whip I would ask for that. Don't waste your time or money, choose a different location.

Quick service and taste good.
Sometimes the line is ridiculously long like saturday mornings and weekdays around 8, but they are super FAST, friendly, and the coffee is so good here. You can even order ahead on the phone app.
This is the slowest Starbucks in the city. It took 15 mins to get my order. I order ahead through mobile so I don’t have to wait but they don’t understand how mobile ordering works at this specific Starbucks. They complete the orders in the order they come in. What’s the point of having mobile ordering if it literally has ZERO benefits. No other Starbucks I’ve been to preforms this way!
Why Starbucks go down so much from 15 years ago. All around coffee Tast like milk Frappuccino quality not there any more. Always never fellow instructors what customers order and it not cheap. I hope there some competition on Starbucks soon. So it won't be so bad like it is.
