So I have tried so many times to give this location a chance,I purchased a blt onion rings large sweet tea and a Jr cheese burger meal. The sandwich had literally 5 pieces of look as if the lasof the lettuce it was diced lik onions a old end piece of tomato and two burnt balls of bacon. And to top it the off the onion rings where hard and burnt, Lord the large tea was un sweet. So yes I was in a hurry and looked at my food later after driving off. And I did speak to someone about my tea I threw my food in the trash, so I was told to come back a get a replacement sweet tea and I asked for the tea twice and I have literally sat here for 45 mins nlready. I have the funds to purchase tea, but why would I. Last time , come McDonald's. And open up.
I had to repeat my order 3x and all I ordered was a bacon biscuit and drink.Car next to me pulls up and the lady waves at man inside and he comes out and they chit chat, and laughing and I hear him say he's going to get her food and drinks right now. So I watch him go inside get her food and about 5 drinks and I'm still waiting after she's already left. When I finally get my bacon biscuit it was cold and bacon burnt. I just threw it out the window for the birds.Want go back to that location even though it's the closest to work.
Good food and service is quick. The food is always hot and drinks cold. Servers are polite and friendly
This is the worst fast food restaurant in the entire city. These people never get an order right, the food is terrible, they don't understand customer service, and they don't care about your order, your food or if your family eats what they pay for. I bet this place owes my wife $50 just in cheese sticks and tot orders they screwed up.STAY AWAY.

I ordered a #3, which is a double bacon cheeseburger and fries. The fries were old and cold. The burger was cold also and the condiments were wrong. They made me a new order and it was old and cold also. It gave me a stomach ache. I will never visit sonic again. Mac Donald’s isn’t much better, but the new one across the street will run this sonic out of business. !!!
The hamburger was dry. Lightly smeared with ketup. I had to dress my burger at home with the lettuce, tomato and onions. Then I added more condiments. It was terrible.
The best experience from a Sonic that I've had in quite a while if not ever. Perfect amount of chili and cheese over the tots and evenly distributed. The toaster was pretty much the same as the tots. Additionally, nothing fell out. Everything stuck together nicely and was able to taste everything between the buns with each bite. The chicken strips had as good a flavor as one can expect from a pre-cooked, frozen bag. They seemed to be somewhat flat as opposed to being thick and chunky. I've noticed that Popeye's is also doing this and I am not a fan of this technique at all! But overall, it was delicious, well put together, precise, and fast. Not trying to offend anyone, but this particular location in Arlington, Tennessee is far superior to any location in which I've visited anywhere in my home state of Mississippi!
Was at this sonic today. When I come to Memphis I stop at this one cause always got good service. Not today I had sloppy attitude from servicer and dude suppose to be manager. The staff needs to have sensitively training in proper customer service!
